Makes me so sad this CFA does the wraps horribly. It’s a staple item for me I get it 2-3x a week and every time it’s poorly wrapped, bad portions and cut so deep of diagonal it falls apart once it’s unwrapped. They might as well start cutting them lengthwise and have us eat them like tacos with everything falling out.

I don’t eat fast food, however, I brought a homeless client into this establishment for a meal. I was truly awed by the customer service. The humanization of a person who is often discarded by society, their friendliness, and their patience genuinely left a profound impact on me.
