A fermented farmhouse blend of apples from Samascott Orchards. It is an off dry sparkling cider with a crisp, bold, and refreshing taste. 6.7% ABV.

Ginger Mule is crafted with 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY. It is infused with ginger and lime to create a spicy cider reminiscent of the classic cocktail. 6.7%ABV

Wolf at the Door is a raw and acidic, bone-dry cider, made from wild-fermented tannic apples. ABV: 6.0%

Apples - 26% Braeburn, 17% Gold Rush, 15% Cameo, 9% Fuji, 8% Pink Lady, 8% Jonagold, 6% Granny Smith, 5% Golden Delicious, 3% NY2 and 3% Idared, grown by the Halseys of White Cap Farm in Bridgehampton. Cote de Blanc wine yeast. Force carbonated. 6.9%ABV

Doc’s Pear Cider is a traditional cider handcrafted from a select blend of apples and pears. Intense aromas of ripened pear dance from the glass. The taste is light and crisp with a clean, dry finish. (5.5% alcohol)

We had our buds over from A.W. Wander and Beer Tree to brew a German style pils. Continuing on our never ending seek for lager perfection, we continuously hopped this in the boil with saaz hops, with a large addition of motueka hops in the whirlpool. Fermented slow and cold, its been conditioning for a month and is ready to go. This is our best pilsner to date. 5.5% abv

Step into tradition with Legend, our crisp and refreshing Czech-style pilsner brewed with a time-honored trio of Saaz, Hallertau, and Magnum hops. This lager pours golden with a tight, foamy head and delivers a clean, floral aroma layered with subtle citrus and a whisper of spice. The malt bill—featuring Pilsner, Munich, and a touch of Honey Malt—lends a light, biscuity backbone with a gentle sweetness that perfectly balances its moderate bitterness. Finishes dry, lemony, and unmistakably legendary. 5.2% abv

Cucumber pilsner 4.8% abv

traktor (meaning [you guessed it] "tractor" in Czech) is made with malt from Sladovny Soufflet Malting Co at their Prostejov malt house and Saaz hops all from the Czech Republic. It has a very soft mouthfeel making this beer very refreshing. The use of Pilsner Urquell yeast imparts a beautiful bready bouquet & nice clarity. ABV: 4.2%

Classic, creamy and herbaceous. Clean malt and refined noble hop character come together in the best way. Repeatable. 4.7% abv

Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition using Munich malt and, Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish. 4.5% ABV

Downright® Pilsner is a deep golden color and medium bodied, with a soft round malt profile and crisp and spicy hop character on the finish. This lager is brewed in the traditional Pilsner style, using authentic Pilsner malt and noble Saaz hops. The beer carbonates completely naturally as it lagers in our fermentation tanks for six weeks. A unique twist to Downright is the dry hop addition of Saaz hops. BA Flanders Red with Scottish Blueberries. Inspired by Flanders Reds of old, Blood Goat is a blended sour red ale combining 80% provision strength ‘young’ stock beer aged 4 months, with around 20% ‘mature’ stock beer aged in neutral wine casks for around one year. The combination of old and young beers has produced a complex sweet and sour flavour profile with a subtle oak character. This blend was transferred onto 200g/l of spent blueberries and lees from a previous batch of Cerulean, in addition to 100g/l of fresh blueberries which further intensify the berry characteristics in this beer. 6.66% ABV

Just when you thought you had done slurped up all the neon, well, you done thought wrong. Rosé Gosé is hot pink in appearance with a tart berry flavor. Brewed with Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Coriander, Hibiscus, then soured with Lactobacillus and fermented with Saison yeast. Slicker than your rich, French uncle sippin pink vino on the deck of a yacht off the coast of St. Tropez. Anchors down, pinkies up! 4.2%ABV

We’re pleased to announce the release of our Oak Barrel Aged Flanders Red Ale! This sour hung out in our kettle for 48 hours and fermented with Strawberry and Mango purees. A final aging on Freeze Dried Strawberries brings notes of a sweet berry nose to this succulent and very smash-able sour!

Initially, the Brut de Bière wraps itself in a silky blonde dress with white foam lace. The nose is caressed by a fruity-spicy Riesling bouquet, the tongue is surprised by intertwining delicate sweetness and utterly charming acidity. Finely bubbly carbonic acid is reminiscent of the mousseux typical of sparkling wine. The rich complexity and beautiful dryness impress with great elegance. 8% abv

As an ingredient of unmistakable flavor, ginger is used in Japanese cuisine, from dishes to teas and drinks. And that's the element that gives a special touch to our Witbier, a soft, refreshing and super tasty style that also has wheat and orange peels in the recipe. The name of this beer means "yummy" in Japanese, and we made it specially to combine with light dishes, causing the drinker to exclaim an "Oishii" at the end of each sip. 4.7% ABV

My goal was to craft an ale of extreme balance with a delicate complexity that allows for contemplation while also providing quaffable refreshment. starting with a base of German wheat & pale malts this crisp slightly hazy foundation was then accented with a blend of Sterling & Citra hops providing a intricate blend of herbal grass & tangerine citrus flavors and aroma. to pull this all together and to complete the ’cleansing’ aspect of my vision i gently finished the ale off with a touch of white sage, lending a mild earthy spice character to the blend. of course let’s not forget our house saison yeast that brought all the elements together leaving a dry yet intricate finish. 6.6% ABV

Birds & Bees is our 6.2% ABV modern interpretation of a Bière de Miel (a saison-style ale brewed with honey), inspired by one of our favorite beers of this style, with an addition of wildflower honey to the kettle, and dry hopped with Motueka from New Zealand. This beer is light, refreshing, and dry while possessing bright notes of flowers and lime. Lively, effervescent carbonation elevates the aromatics out of your glass and into your nose! It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. 8% ABV

This is one of the oldest beers of Westmalle Abbey, with a tradition that dates back to the start of our brewery. It was created to drink with meals in the abbey, something the monks still do today. As a top fermented golden yellow Trappist beer, the Extra is unique in combining a low alcohol content (4.8%) with a rich flavour. This beer was born in Memphis, TN in 1981. After a short stint on a children’s television show, this beer moved on to be the lead vocalist of a popular boy band. And eventually with it’s self titled single made it to number 1 on the top 100. Since the peak of his career he has gone on hiatus. Spending long hours replicating his essence and spreading them to the masses, Bringing Sexy Back has mosaic-bombed his way into your mouth. So, as you look longingly into that can, waiting for one more taste of of this sexual fortitude, be humble and remember… you can be from TN and not a total weirdo. ABV: 6.4%

Honey Dripper Double Dry Hopped Honey DIPA - 8.1% Mosaic / Simcoe / Calypso Cryo / Strata This beer is quite a handful & a bit out of hand. On top of the heavy hand of hops, Acacia Honey, WI Cranberry Honey, & Raspberry Honey, were added at both the brewing side & fermentation side, this thing is absolutely loaded with hops & honey. The beer also features Briess' American honey malt, adding a nice orange hue, backed by a heavy layering of wheat and oats. Tasting Notes : Floral stone fruit aromatics, honey candy, and dank peach juice, with a fluffy finish.

Who’s the Juiceler, you ask? Well it’s a juicy story. Back in the Juice Wars of 2020 the Juiceler captained the S.S. Juice - the juiciest juice-running ship to ever sail the Juice Seas. But it was no match for the Great Juice Storm, as it came to be known, which stirred up all of the creatures from the juicy depths and filled them with a juicy rage. So they surrounded the S.S. Juice and squeezed it with all their juice-soaked monster powers taking it down to the juicy depth from which they came. And that’s the story of how the Juiceler got juiced. And we pay tribute with this extra juicy double IPA brewed with oats & wheat, then hopped to ends of the juicy ocean with our hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, and and little juicy kiss of Sabro. Maduro is a Northern English-style brown ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English brown ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable and sessionable brown ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars. 5.5%ABV

A dark lager brewed with roasted malts and assertive hop character. This beer features notes of coffee and chocolate balanced by pronounced hop bitterness and aroma, with a clean, crisp finish typical of a lager. 5%ABV

Based loosely on the Smokestack Series’ The Sixth Glass, this abbey-style quadrupel is separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels where it ages for varying lengths of time, some for up to three years. Cherries are added to make up for the “angel's share” of beer lost during barrel aging. Selected barrels are then blended for optimum flavor. The resulting beer retains only very subtle cherry characteristics, with toffee and vanilla notes coming to the fore. 12.2%ABV

An unfiltered rice beer, Makku is a modern take on Korea’s oldest alcoholic beverage, Makgeolli. For the first time drinker, Makku is an unanticipated and new experience. A few years ago we went to Tampa, Florida to brew a massive Imperial Stout together with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing. 2022 it was time again, but this time it was brewed in Sweden, here is the barrel aged version. 14.3% ABV

Oatmeal stout 6% abv

Tiny is a Belgian inspired Imperial Stout weighing in at 11.8% abv. You'll find big chocolate and roasted notes, balanced with the Belgian flavors from the Abbey yeast strain. This beer is very smooth and lacks the astringency you sometimes find in these big Imperial Stouts. 11.8% abv

Gingerbread Stout Aged in a Combination of A. Smith Bowman and Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. 12.2% ABV.

Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on Spaceship Earth espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to complement the intense coffee and chocolate flavors. ABV: 13.0%

La Brett Porter est inspirée des anciens Porters londoniens, bières superstars des années 1800, qui étaient conservés dans d'immenses foudres en bois dans lesquels se développaient des levures Brettanomyces. In the world of German brewing, Krausen refers to the intense proliferation of bubbles and foam formed during fermentation of a young or “green” beer. And Aufkrausen (literally to kräusen it up), refers to a historic brewing technique in which some green beer is added to a fully-matured lager. This is a very old and very typically German tradition, and today even English-speaking brewers refer to this technique as krausening. Krausening brings the vibrant freshness of young beer to the more refined, austere flavors of a fully-matured lager. Aecht Schlenkerla Krausen is an amber-colored, unfiltered lager beer with beautiful malt flavors and a slight smokiness. It matures for months in the deep rock cellars underneath the Schlenkerla brewery and is krausened with Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier just before kegging. Quaffable and with a pleasantly moderate level of alcohol, Aecht Schlenkerla Kräusen is an ideal refreshment for the warmer months.

This blend of mature ciders has been blended and age to form a complex yet approachable phenolic blanket of intense fruitiness and zingy mild tannins. 6.8%ABV

A fermented farmhouse blend of apples from Samascott Orchards. It is an off dry sparkling cider with a crisp, bold, and refreshing taste. 6.7% ABV.

Ginger Mule is crafted with 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY. It is infused with ginger and lime to create a spicy cider reminiscent of the classic cocktail. 6.7%ABV

Wolf at the Door is a raw and acidic, bone-dry cider, made from wild-fermented tannic apples. ABV: 6.0%

Tepache - Mango Pineapple Chili Cider Juicy & bright, tropically sweet, barely perceptible heat, balance.

Doc’s Pear Cider is a traditional cider handcrafted from a select blend of apples and pears. Intense aromas of ripened pear dance from the glass. The taste is light and crisp with a clean, dry finish. (5.5% alcohol)

Pilsner

We had our buds over from A.W. Wander and Beer Tree to brew a German style pils. Continuing on our never ending seek for lager perfection, we continuously hopped this in the boil with saaz hops, with a large addition of motueka hops in the whirlpool. Fermented slow and cold, its been conditioning for a month and is ready to go. This is our best pilsner to date. 5.5% abv

Step into tradition with Legend, our crisp and refreshing Czech-style pilsner brewed with a time-honored trio of Saaz, Hallertau, and Magnum hops. This lager pours golden with a tight, foamy head and delivers a clean, floral aroma layered with subtle citrus and a whisper of spice. The malt bill—featuring Pilsner, Munich, and a touch of Honey Malt—lends a light, biscuity backbone with a gentle sweetness that perfectly balances its moderate bitterness. traktor (meaning [you guessed it] "tractor" in Czech) is made with malt from Sladovny Soufflet Malting Co at their Prostejov malt house and Saaz hops all from the Czech Republic. It has a very soft mouthfeel making this beer very refreshing. The use of Pilsner Urquell yeast imparts a beautiful bready bouquet & nice clarity. ABV: 4.2%

Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition using Munich malt and, Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish. 4.5% ABV

Downright® Pilsner is a deep golden color and medium bodied, with a soft round malt profile and crisp and spicy hop character on the finish. This lager is brewed in the traditional Pilsner style, using authentic Pilsner malt and noble Saaz hops. The beer carbonates completely naturally as it lagers in our fermentation tanks for six weeks. A unique twist to Downright is the dry hop addition of Saaz hops. Sour

BA Flanders Red with Scottish Blueberries. Inspired by Flanders Reds of old, Blood Goat is a blended sour red ale combining 80% provision strength ‘young’ stock beer aged 4 months, with around 20% ‘mature’ stock beer aged in neutral wine casks for around one year. The combination of old and young beers has produced a complex sweet and sour flavour profile with a subtle oak character. This blend was transferred onto 200g/l of spent blueberries and lees from a previous batch of Cerulean, in addition to 100g/l of fresh blueberries which further intensify the berry characteristics in this beer. 6.66% ABV

Just when you thought you had done slurped up all the neon, well, you done thought wrong. Rosé Gosé is hot pink in appearance with a tart berry flavor. Brewed with Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Coriander, Hibiscus, then soured with Lactobacillus and fermented with Saison yeast. Slicker than your rich, French uncle sippin pink vino on the deck of a yacht off the coast of St. Tropez. Anchors down, pinkies up! 4.2%ABV

The name of this beer means "yummy" in Japanese, and we made it specially to combine with light dishes, causing the drinker to exclaim an "Oishii" at the end of each sip. 4.7% ABV

Kasteel Wit is a fresh wheat beer offering an aroma of citrus notes and freshly grated ginger. The taste is superbly balanced between the zesty citrus, spicy ginger and biscuity maltiness. Grapefruit Hefeweizer

My goal was to craft an ale of extreme balance with a delicate complexity that allows for contemplation while also providing quaffable refreshment. starting with a base of German wheat & pale malts this crisp slightly hazy foundation was then accented with a blend of Sterling & Citra hops providing a intricate blend of herbal grass & tangerine citrus flavors and aroma. to pull this all together and to complete the ’cleansing’ aspect of my vision i gently finished the ale off with a touch of white sage, lending a mild earthy spice character to the blend. of course let’s not forget our house saison yeast that brought all the elements together leaving a dry yet intricate finish. 6.6% ABV

Birds & Bees is our 6.2% ABV modern interpretation of a Bière de Miel (a saison-style ale brewed with honey), inspired by one of our favorite beers of this style, with an addition of wildflower honey to the kettle, and dry hopped with Motueka from New Zealand. This beer is light, refreshing, and dry while possessing bright notes of flowers and lime. Lively, effervescent carbonation elevates the aromatics out of your glass and into your nose! A gentle mouthfeel invites the next sip. 6.2%ABV

Copper-tinted brown ale that combines generous hints of fruit, toast and sweet caramel. Abv: 7%

With its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. 8% ABV

This is one of the oldest beers of Westmalle Abbey, with a tradition that dates back to the start of our brewery. It was created to drink with meals in the abbey, something the monks still do today. As a top fermented golden yellow Trappist beer, the Extra is unique in combining a low alcohol content (4.8%) with a rich flavour. Enjoy its fruity notes and its refreshing, thirst-quenching character. 4.8%ABV

IPA

A pleasantly tart and refreshing single hopped wheat beer with Sabro, Tangerine puree and lactose milk sugar. The essence of citrus and tropical hops pairs perfectly with the acidity from the lactobacillus. Get ready to pucker up! 6.5%ABV

One of Japan's most famous amulets, the “lucky cat” has several meanings; for example: with the left paw raised it brings customers, with the right paw raised it brings fortune. This beer was born in Memphis, TN in 1981. After a short stint on a children’s television show, this beer moved on to be the lead vocalist of a popular boy band. And eventually with it’s self titled single made it to number 1 on the top 100. Since the peak of his career he has gone on hiatus. Spending long hours replicating his essence and spreading them to the masses, Bringing Sexy Back has mosaic-bombed his way into your mouth. A Hazy IPA that’s made from oats and wheat. Splendidly hazy with aromas of stonefruit, pineapple, and citrus. An insane amount of Citra and Sultana hops per barrel make this beer an incredibly juicy and citrusy treat with an approachable level of bitterness. ABV: 7.1%

Galaxy layered with oats and milk sugar. Soft and tropical. ABV: 6.0%

This Nelson IPA is giving off big gooseberry, white-wine vibes. In addition to Nelson hops and Nelson cryo you got 2-row and pale malted barley plus a massive addition of both malted and flaked oats for an amazingly creamy, smooth finish. ABV: 6.5%

Honey Dripper Double Dry Hopped Honey DIPA - 8.1% Mosaic / Simcoe / Calypso Cryo / Strata This beer is quite a handful & a bit out of hand. On top of the heavy hand of hops, Acacia Honey, WI Cranberry Honey, & Raspberry Honey, were added at both the brewing side & fermentation side, this thing is absolutely loaded with hops & honey. The beer also features Briess' American honey malt, adding a nice orange hue, backed by a heavy layering of wheat and oats. Tasting Notes : Floral stone fruit aromatics, honey candy, and dank peach juice, with a fluffy finish.

Who’s the Juiceler, you ask? Well it’s a juicy story. Back in the Juice Wars of 2020 the Juiceler captained the S.S. Juice - the juiciest juice-running ship to ever sail the Juice Seas. But it was no match for the Great Juice Storm, as it came to be known, which stirred up all of the creatures from the juicy depths and filled them with a juicy rage. So they surrounded the S.S. Juice and squeezed it with all their juice-soaked monster powers taking it down to the juicy depth from which they came. And that’s the story of how the Juiceler got juiced. And we pay tribute with this extra juicy double IPA brewed with oats & wheat, then hopped to ends of the juicy ocean with our hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, and and little juicy kiss of Sabro. Dark

Maduro is a Northern English-style brown ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English brown ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable and sessionable brown ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars. 5.5%ABV

A dark lager brewed with roasted malts and assertive hop character. This beer features notes of coffee and chocolate balanced by pronounced hop bitterness and aroma, with a clean, crisp finish typical of a lager. 5%ABV

A study in balance—this beer combines caramel and dark malts with earthen, spice forward hops and a surprisingly light, easy drinking body. Notes of chocolate, roast and a hint of green hop aroma come together for a deliciously dry finish. 4.7%ABV

Based loosely on the Smokestack Series’ The Sixth Glass, this abbey-style quadrupel is separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels where it ages for varying lengths of time, some for up to three years. Cherries are added to make up for the “angel's share” of beer lost during barrel aging. Selected barrels are then blended for optimum flavor. The resulting beer retains only very subtle cherry characteristics, with toffee and vanilla notes coming to the fore. 12.2%ABV

Pale golden in color; the nose is a mix of citrus-floral aroma sensations. Clean with a crisp, light malt taste, but with an herbal, hoppy finish. Body and mouthfeel are light and refreshing. Dry-hopped with West Coast USA hops for an appealing floral finish. 4.1% ABV

An unfiltered rice beer, Makku is a modern take on Korea’s oldest alcoholic beverage, Makgeolli. For the first time drinker, Makku is an unanticipated and new experience. The liquid is smooth and hazy from the rice, yet is refreshingly light with just a kiss of sweetness. Bubbles give it a champagne-like suggestiveness. For Makku Blueberry, we take 100% pureed blueberries and blend it into our original Makku for a smooth blueberry fizzy alcohol. 6% ABV

A few years ago we went to Tampa, Florida to brew a massive Imperial Stout together with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing. 2022 it was time again, but this time it was brewed in Sweden, here is the barrel aged version. 14.3% ABV

Oatmeal stout 6% abv

Tiny is a Belgian inspired Imperial Stout weighing in at 11.8% abv. You'll find big chocolate and roasted notes, balanced with the Belgian flavors from the Abbey yeast strain. This beer is very smooth and lacks the astringency you sometimes find in these big Imperial Stouts. 11.8% abv

Gingerbread Stout Aged in a Combination of A. Smith Bowman and Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. 12.2% ABV.

Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on Spaceship Earth espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to complement the intense coffee and chocolate flavors. ABV: 13.0%

Porter

La Brett Porter est inspirée des anciens Porters londoniens, bières superstars des années 1800, qui étaient conservés dans d'immenses foudres en bois dans lesquels se développaient des levures Brettanomyces. Elle n'a pas été barriquée, mais co-fermentée avec notre Brettanomyces maison, et brassée à partir de magnifiques malts spéciaux anglais. Sa robe est noire avec une teinte ruby. Sa mousse, beige foncé, est fine et persistante. Les Brettanomyces sont bien présentes au nez, lui conférant un caractère vineux avec des cerises bien mûres comme un vieux kirsh, et un peu de cuir. Une touche torréfiée et légèrement fumée complètent le tableau. Ces arômes se retrouvent en bouche, additionnés de notes de moka, de poudre de cacao et de pruneaux.

A robust, yet surprisingly refreshing porter, Mud Puppy is a favorite of dark beer lovers. Characterized by a thick, rocky head and luscious chocolate-like nose, the malty profile is balanced by liberal hopping for its style. ABV: 5.6%

Rauchbier

In the world of German brewing, Krausen refers to the intense proliferation of bubbles and foam formed during fermentation of a young or “green” beer. And Aufkrausen (literally to kräusen it up), refers to a historic brewing technique in which some green beer is added to a fully-matured lager. This is a very old and very typically German tradition, and today even English-speaking brewers refer to this technique as krausening. Krausening brings the vibrant freshness of young beer to the more refined, austere flavors of a fully-matured lager. Aecht Schlenkerla Krausen is an amber-colored, unfiltered lager beer with beautiful malt flavors and a slight smokiness. It matures for months in the deep rock cellars underneath the Schlenkerla brewery and is krausened with Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier just before kegging. Quaffable and with a pleasantly moderate level of alcohol, Aecht Schlenkerla Kräusen is an ideal refreshment for the warmer months.
