WOW! I’ve never been in an establishment that had such friendly staff! Every time I go in, they make sure I get exactly what I want. Always happy, laughing, and such good energy. I love coming in here! They play the best music and make me feel right at home!Plus they offer so many flavors and make the perfect mix in for me every single time.Y’all gotta come here. Seriously it’s the best :)

It's so beneficial that this location is now always open until 1am. They are always kind to me when I visit this establishment. The vibes are always on point, just like the music;). The ice cream is always stacked high and even if the ice cream is low they will get it from the back with no issues. I highly recommend this ice cream spot to all looking for a late night snack, or just a snack whenever!

I had such a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly “Welcome in!” The staff here really make you feel like a valued customer, and they were so quick with my order. Normally, this place is packed (and with good reason), but they’re pros at moving things along without making you feel rushed. I think I was in and out in about five minutes—pretty impressive for such a popular spot!That warm, sweet smell of fresh waffle cones hits you the second you walk in, and it’s just so comforting. The place is clean, lively, and well-organized, which makes the whole experience even better.I went with my usual favorite, the Dulce de Leche ice cream with banana and graham crackers mixed in. The ice cream itself is smooth and rich, and the flavors blend perfectly—just the right balance of caramel sweetness with that fresh banana taste and a bit of crunch from the graham crackers. It’s such a satisfying combo and the perfect treat for winding down after a long day.Cold Stone always hits the spot, but the vibe and efficient service here make it stand out. If you’re looking for a quick dessert fix or just want to treat yourself to something extra tasty, I’d highly recommend stopping by. You won’t regret it!

I highly recommend 👌 this location to all. However, it is extremely pricey. Make sure to pay your employees they carry your brand.give discounts and deals, especially to loyalty customers like myself. At this point 👉 we are locked in as family. 😇 pull up.

I just left this cold stone and I was applaud at the sanitary conditions of this establishment. There were about 7 people working and only one of them had gloves on. There was a young lady wearing a gray sweat shirt that had no gloves on and every time she went to scoop Ice cream her dirty sleeves went directly in the ice cream each time . As you can see in the picture they packed the orders on the same cold plate table that they actually made your ice cream. Things just kept getting worse as I walked to the register. The young man that took my order wiped his dripping nose with his hand with no gloves on and continued to scoop ice cream out of the freezer with out washing his hands after. I will be calling corporate because the manager on duty looked like a teenager who could care less about the sanitary conditions. She was also making her ice cream orders right on top of crowded and cluttered cold plate that only ice cream should be made on. I immediately threw my order in the garbage and explained to my kids that what I saw was not sanitary and we went to another location. That location which was the same franchise did none of the things I saw in the first location. They all need to be re-trained because it was truly disgusting people can get really sick from the things I saw and that’s not right. People should be able to enjoy there food they pay for with out having to worry about getting sick from the lack of cleanliness that the establishment provides.
