May 20 · Eneri VenegasIf you want to have authentic Sicilian desserts Court Pastry is the place. Step inside and be transported back in time. Everything you try will be delicious, fresh and decadent. I recently found out the almond paste cookies are both gluten and dairy free (because that is how these cookies are supposed to be made) and are perfect for friends with allergies. My personal favorite is the Anisette toast which I have with a nice tea or coffee. Also the owner, G. Zerilli is one of the nicest people you will ever find!
August 05 · Lisa PattiGood pastries at decent prices. The Fig Cookies are delicious. It's probably better to go earlier rather than later. I went later and their was less to choose from
September 18 · Vivianne BarrettoI had the pleasure of visiting a classic Italian bakery in Brooklyn, and it was an unforgettable experience. Their lobster tail (sfogliatella) was absolutely incredible – crisp on the outside, rich and creamy on the inside, truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I also tried their zuppetta dessert, which was just as delicious – full of flavor and beautifully made. This place is a longtime local institution, and it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Authentic, charming, and full of tradition.
July 16 · יוסף אביב כהןWhile the service here is garbage, the Cannoli (4.5/5) is very good and probably one of the better if not the best cannolis in NYC. The small Sfogliatelle was nice also (3.5/5) but dry.Cannoli (4.5/5) - Almost the perfect cannoli except the shell tasted a little bit burnt. The filing was perfect - creamy, milky ricotta with small little chocolate chips which wasn't overly sweet. Lots of places will mix cream in but not this place - the filing was decadent.Sfogliatelle (3/5) - the outer shell was lovely nice and crispy and held its shape even when I cut into it, but while the filing is tasty and has great notes of orange, it's quite dry. Also the service is ridiculous - the lady at the counter wouldn't accept my money because it had a small tear in it. If the bank can accept it, why can't you?
