Furious about their unprofessionalism. This business is not set up for success. I ordered $145 worth of macaroons online for baby shower and received majority of them completely melted, out of shape, unable to be used. When I asked for them for help with pictures sent, they said nothing can be done because I didn’t spend extra money on “insurance”. In fact, they just told me to use the damaged macaroons. Would you serve these at your own baby shower?! I’ll be looking into filing a lawsuit. I don’t mind wasting couple thousand dollars to get this place’s business license suspended. This is a fraud way of sales without consumer in mind. And if I don’t action on it there will be more victims in the future.

ordered from their online company and the cookies are disgusting both gluten free and regular. they charge 40$ a box and they fall apart before they even get to your mouth. i’ve reached out twice to try to resolve this but no response. they just take your money and run. Ordered the Mallow Mac (salted caramel) and they are delicious!! I live on the West Coast and they arrived within 2 days once shipped. The ice pack was warm and no longer cool but the macarons arrived not melted and not a single crack. I was very nervous about what to expect. It’s fall and not super warm where I live so I would be worried if it shipped in the summer that it would melt?!?Anyways, very pleased with the product and happy I finally got to try some of Dana’s treats. I follow her on Instagram and she’s seriously so fun and seems like a really sweet person and she always replies to my messages 🥰! Great customer service. Will order again.

I used Dana's Bakery for delicious macarons for my Colorado wedding. Not only were the macarons absolutely delicious (and ALL GONE by the end of the reception), Dana and her stadd made the whole experience incredibly easy to place the order, figure out the proper number I needed, and have the macarons arrive on time--there were ZERO problems. We didn't have to do a thing but pick out our flavors, pay the bill, and voila! Dana makes an incredible product, made it easy for us to have her delicious treats across the country, and the guests raved about the product. Thanks for making this part of our day so wonderful!
