I ordered four pies and two sodas and didn’t have hands to get to my car. I was just going to take two trips to get everything in. Ivan was kind enough to volunteer and give me a hand. I’ve never experienced such great customer service especially from a Dominoes before. As long as Ivan is there I will be coming back. If you are reading this management, make sure you do what it takes to keep this guy he’s definitely an asset. Very nice guy thanks again Ivan you’ll see me again brother!

Staff needs to know what engagement is with customers. Walked in on prep crew who did not greets instead where talking instead of using a fine word be right with you. After a couple of signals i made one female from a far ask pick up. I said no placing a order. She takes my order and asked the other to take my cash and give me change in return. Then goes back to further discussion with who looks like the Manager. I asked when it would be ready his response was 15 to 20 mins. Well it took a hour kinda shows why out going order take longer then expected when a group cannot get a well oil machine going. A local shopper and might just go with local shops instead .

Would give a zero if possible. I’ve tried to order from them the first time for delivery (I live a block away, but was feeling lazy) over an hour wait before I got fed up and walked the block down the street and told them to cancel after having no one answer the phone. A couple weeks later after corporate gave me a free pizza coupon I attempted the same. Same result, this time someone did answer and I cancelled over the phone.Sucks that a franchisee can tarnish a brand this bad, but I never plan to order from them again, I’d rather the Pizza Hut down the street on Essex.

The pizza took 2 hours to deliver. I only ordered one pizza. I called to get an update about an hour and half into the wait and they put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. To say I underestimated this dominoes and was still disappointed, is an understatement. I live 10 minutes away too. Lesson learned. Next time I’m not going to be lazy and I’ll drive to literally any other pizza place.

I ordered online. The bacon, ranch sandwich was horrible. The worst I ever had. The Alfredo pasta tasted as if the Alfredo sauce was mayo. I couldn’t even eat it. They didn’t deliver my free cheesy, pepperoni breadsticks but delivered the two sauces. I called and the wait time took forever! When they finally picked up, they said they didn’t know what happened and they will deliver my free breadsticks. I’m still waiting, I’m holding on line again. Long wait! They actually hung up the phone! Holding all that time, they didn’t even say hello, the phone just hung up. They have caller ID so they knew exactly who was calling. I will never order from here again! Kids must be working here! So unprofessional!Update: This morning I had a delivery from Aldi’s and when I went outside to get my delivery, a box of cheesy bread sticks were there but opened and half eaten with ants crawling on it. Either someone walking by eat it or a wild animal because it must have sat outside all night. I asked the Domino’s rep who picked up the first time calling to call me when they got here but no one called or rang my bell and when they hung up the second time of me calling, I just figured they were not going to deliver it. Anyways I got 2 free med pizzas on them. I just picked it up. Yes, I picked it up because I don’t trust their delivery option. It’s still an inconvenience. I will second guess ordering from this location, especially a delivery.
