Not only do they lie on the delivery wait time. They post that the food has been delivered when it hasn’t so on the tracker it doesn’t show up as it being delivered late. I placed the order at 8:43 pm and didn’t receive it until 10 pm. Also, instead of calling me to tell me they didn’t have the soda I ordered (2 liter coke) then they CHOSE for me and sent me two 20 oz ginger ale and one Coke Zero (which I don’t like either one). They refused to fix the mistake and told me they’ll send the driver with the money I paid for the soda (which he never did) since for some reason they “couldn’t“ credit the money back through their system. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. Def never ordering from this place again after dealing with this group of unprofessional lying individuals. I used the dominos website to place the order and even tipped the delivery guy while placing the order. NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!Trust me don’t go there. First of all we order food it came 30 minutes late. When we asked the driver, he was giving us attitude and don’t want to answer. Literally just gave us the food and walked away. We opened the food see is a totally wrong order and the pizza was messy with wings were cold. When we called first two times they didn’t wanna hand it over to manager . After 4th time they finally picked up and after talking to 1 min this guy hang up on us.Please save yourself sometime. Don’t go there instead. Try to go to the other location,

I placed an order online with Domino’s expecting the usual “30-minute delivery” or at least something reasonable. Instead, my pizza showed up 2 HOURS later—cold, soggy, and totally inedible. No calls, no updates, no apology from the delivery person—just silence and a late, ruined meal.This isn’t just bad service—it’s no service. If you can’t handle the volume, stop taking orders. I won’t be ordering from this location again. Extremely disappointed.

Today, when I pick up for my online order, chubby lady with glasses were very unprofessional, rude.She made me wait for 15min when the pizza is already made.And also she was very busy with making pizza and small tots by hand.Bare hand!!!!... oh my god. She was making food without glove on and taking money by same hand from customer..Well, I saw this and no more going there.
