Great slice of egg plant pizza to go. Vegetable is fresh. Grilled before putting on the slice. Crust is crispy. I hear the service is good. Pricey, not cheap 5.25 each slice. But if it is a good product it is worth it.

I was refused entry due to my small svc. dog even though their sign states svc. dogs are allowed. The food meh…the staff does not speak English well and that makes it difficult to communicate. It’s ok if nothing else is open. Gloria’s by Midway theater is better but more expensive…you get what you pay for.

The food here is really good, however the manager at this place has a very bad attitude and he doesn't understand or can't comprehend what you are trying to tell him. I called up and asked for extra sauce on the side about five times on that phone call, and the food came with no extra sauce on the side. I called up to ask the manager why, and he had some weird excuse that didn't make much sense and he had a very bad attitude. I would not recommend this restaurant due to the communication barrier.

The taste of the pizza is good compared to other stores -- just based on my experiences with testing 3~4 pizza stores in this area. I usually used the app "too good to go" to visit this store.However, the employees are sometimes agressive. I don't know why. In the first bad experiences, I visited and said, "I want to get the food using this app" and the employee taught me, "you should say 'how are you?' first." He looked grumpy. I was confused at that time. However, as a foreigner, I thought I made a mistake so I accepted his attitude.In the second bad experience is today. I ordered three slices of pizza and they included a Sicilian Slice. I asked whether this is also treated a regular pizza slice. The employee said, "This is a slice pizza from my perspective. What's wrong with you?" Again, he looked grumpy. I said, "Okay" and came back.I was confused because the Sicilian Slice looked different from other pizza and I usually received this slice when I ordered more cheaper option like "Surprise pack (which is $1 cheaper than Three Slices of Pizza)" So I thought the employee made a mistake, but the employee also aggressive answered.After checking the homepage of this store, I realized it might be normal that Sicilian Slice is also treated as a normal pizza.So, it seems like a miscommunication (definetly including my lack of knowledge), but I am still confused why the employees are aggressive. Too much people try to make a cheat (So people became defensive)? Is it normal culture in NYC?Anyway, I will not use this store again. The taste is very good, but the bad experience with employees exceeds good experiences. If you only care about taste, this store is still good option for pizza.

Trash. Had enough slices from here just because the pizzeria is nearby. Dry chicken ceaser slice, burnt dry chicken.. croutons aren’t consistent (crunch soggy or burnt) and the dough tastes like been out for hours… congrats you got rid of 2 old slices for 10 dollars and lost a biweekly customer
