The server working on Saturday 9/13 around 1500 deserves a raise or promotion to manager if she isn’t already the manager. 20/10 customer service and truly the most friendly server I’ve ever interacted with at any Dunkin Donuts!

This is the second time I ordered my coffee with OAT milk bc I’m deathly allergic to regular creams and milk and they gave me cream. Also I ordered LESS ICE and the workers filled it up to the brim with ice. I took all the ice out to see how much coffee was there LESS THAN HALF MY MEDIUM CUP had coffee. Yah think service workers should be paid more and the idiots here can’t even make a coffee.

The product is horrible, what are people paying for? Is it even a food group?. Service staff needs training.As a major chain, Dunkin needs to do better to its customers.

Asked for toasted bagel. Did not get toasted bagel. She even didn’t cut the bagel in half. Pretty face doesn’t mean good service.
