I had an issue with my last order from Panera my soup was missing the bread and croutons. I called and spoke to the manager, who was incredibly kind and supportive. She apologized sincerely and offered to make it right with a replacement soup and a dessert treat.When I visited today and explained what the manager had promised, the team at the counter went above and beyond. They gave me a fresh soup of my choice, double the bread, double the croutons, and even added a brownie! My daughter was so happy, and we were both really impressed with their generosity and how kindly they handled everything.Thank you to the manager for turning a small mistake into a truly kind customer experience. We’ll definitely be back!

As always, the food is well prepared and presented. This establishment does not your typical panera. They don't have a dining room per. Se, it's more of a order and pick up and a place to buy your bread

How can a manager tell me "these things happen" when I explain to them I received ROTTEN SPOILED FOOD??!! Unacceptable! Then expect people to drive back 20 minutes to get a refund when they paid with a card?? Instead of just issuing the refund over the phone. Yea, this is why the ratings are trash JUST LIKE THE LOCATION. Reference these nasty avocado photos. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE it seems like poisoning people is there objective!

Some of the workers are oblivious to their surroundings, it wasn't even packed, i was waiting for my pre ordered cup, the cashier at the time decided to over look me completely after patiently waiting for her to tend to 2 other customers before me, she then proceeds to take a third customer that came in AFTER me.This is just that 1 worker, everyone else has been exemplary, there is 1 manager that handles the front desk time to time and she's always in the phone, she is the next slowest and oblivious.Update: not all the employees there areas bad as the one i mentioned above, today while a customer before me emptied the ice coffee and as i was waiting for a refill, the manager himself made me a fresh cup of iced coffee just so i didn't have to wait, he didn't have too, but that gesture was massively appreciated, and shows that he actively thinks about the customers, 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤝🤝🤝

Follow-up: I will not come to this location again anytime soon. I cancelled my Sip Club membership since this store rarely has hot coffee available. I learned from the staff that other customers have complained about this issue too. I will not try the food here because I don't trust the preparation of it.Since my original review about 2 weeks ago, I've come here numerous times both in the morning & lunch time. I notice the light & dark roast coffees are often warm, not hot. Eight a.m. is too early in the day for coffee to be anything other than steaming hot & fresh. Twelve-thirty - 1:00 p.m. is still a popular time for hot coffee yet again, I got a warm cup. Perhaps this location doesn't do as much business as other locations I use.
