I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered two medium iced lattes. I politely asked for less ice because they usually pack the cup with way too much. The worker told me, “If I put less ice, I’ll make the drink less,” basically saying I wouldn’t get a full cup. I explained that I’m paying for a medium, not a smaller drink. I’ve never had this issue at other Dunkin’ locations — they simply give you the same drink with less ice. This felt unfair and honestly left a bad impression. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The girls that works at this branch are very professional and kind and fast specially nadine is a wonderful lady and Andrea and rabia are very professional and kind .I been doing to this place for the past 18 years .

There's a table and chair by the outdoor bathroom with two women extorting money from you to use the Dunkin bathroom.I bought a coffee inside because I wanted to use the bathroom then get outside where I'm promptly harassed to give these women $5 to use their cleaning services. I'm a white guy and one of these women said to me about the black woman using the bathroom before me "that's why I f-ing hate black women". Not a good look for the business even if it means they don't have to clean their own bathrooms.The Boston kreme donut was stale and had the chocolate scraped off but it was national donut day so it was free.Oh and there was a guy playing spoons on his knee on the way out the Dunkin door. Seriously.

Disgusting. They wanted to charge me for NAPKINS and after paying over $30 for a multi-person order, I had asked for a cup of water for our puppies and they wanted to CHARGE ME FOR WATER! Unreal that I had to pull a cup out of the garbage to get my dogs water smfh.

All Dunkin donuts have let us down with they're stale donuts they should bring back freshly made donuts all Dunkin donuts have given up truly pleasing it's customers with fresh stuff they gave up quality for quantity
