The ABSOLUTE worst customer service experience around.ALWAYS get your order wrong and constantly have to repeat it, coffee taste stale.Last time I go to this place.Employees are the worst.

Worst Dunkin i ever been to, Constantly getting ignored from Register to Register prioritizing online delivery order over counter customer. Been standing here from last 20 Minutes and Still no service.

My husband and I went through the drive thru to just get 2 shots of espresso, I had gone to another Dunkin that made my coffee incorrect. We arrived and the gentleman wearing glasses at the window offered to remake it, which he absolutely didn’t have to do but the coffee was literally perfect!!! Fantastic service and overall experience, I wish all Dunkin’ Donuts locations had people like him. 10/10

Very Rude Customer Service. I asked why why the price for Sausage Egg Cheese is $3 on the menu but you charged me $4.99, she says whatever on the receipt is the price in a very rude manner. Same with the prices on everything else, price on the actual pay receipt is way more than the price on their menu. And they don't care to explain why, instead speaks rudely. Worst Customer Service Representative she is.

This spot used to be my favorite Dunkin. I would pass by everyday until a couple months ago. I finished my drink and at the bottom of the cup there was a roach. This is disgusting and I was trying hard not to think about it for a while which is why I’m just now writing this review. I don’t know if the roach was in the ice or what but I am so disgusted. I will never go to this Dunkin ever again.
