I ordered 3 toasted almond shots in my dunkalatte clear as day on the ticket. I asked the girl in the hijab to add it, she adds syrup and coffee. Smh!The rest of the order was correct. Get someone who knows coffee.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ for over 20 years, and it’s disappointing to see how much the service and quality have declined over the past few months. The refreshers and coffees have been consistently off, watered down, too sweet, or just not made correctly. I’ve lost money because I’m usually in a rush and don’t have time to go back to have them fixed. It seems like the staff isn’t being trained properly, and that might reflect more on management than the workers themselves. I truly hope things turn around soon, because this used to be my go-to spot.

Me and family just placed an door dash order from this location. There was no love put into any of our coffees. They were pungent in taste. Our coffees weren't even mixed. They did not follow the directions on my daughter's drink it was so sweet. So she couldn't drink it.. they didn't send our donuts nor any receipt. This was the worst coffee ever!!!! Angry coffee makers.

This location is better than the Bay Parkway location.1. Has a TOILET to WASH HANDS.2. Closes late.3. No OLD PEOPLE MONOPOLIZING the TABLES or CHAIRS.4. But here the WORKERS doesn’t SMILE or say THANK YOU.5. The Asian cashier girl (with TATTOO) is very RACIST & SUPER-RETARDED,I ordered $ 6 MEAL, but she charged me only a COFFEE,plus she takes a very LONG TIME to take my order.IF YOU DON'T LIKE THIS JOB, YOU CAN ALWAYS QUIT.

Let me tell yall something to everyone that be disliking this place. They, to the best of their ability, try to give out best customer service, but the people on here complaining is the ones that gives them such a hard time and decide to keep the lines from going. and to the comment on the donuts being sold out, if you can see on the signs and on the app, its get a free donut with a purchase EVERY WEDNESDAY, hence why they were sold out. You wanna shame them and put them down for dunkin’s own doing. Don’t accuse the hardworking employees for things they don’t have control over. And to the ones that say, “I come here everyday and this is the treatment i get… blah blah blah”, and yet you still come back??? Im grateful for the workers here and I appreciate y’all so much for taking good care of us. Thanks for making my iced tea lemonade amazing. Love y’all babes!!
