They could literally have 10 workers behind the counter and STILL make you late for work. No sense of urgency at all. Just skip it and go to arc bagles next door, or take a five minute walk to strawberry deli, but definitely not worth the wait. Food is usually trash too

May 02 · Mominul HoquePlease do not eat from here. As you can see in the picture, this is clearly a food safety health violation going on here. So I came to this Dunkin doughnuts Monday September 2, 2024 at 2:30 am. While I was there waiting to place an order, this man in the picture was unloading the fresh batch of doughnuts, he seemed to not care that I was there waiting to place my order, so I waited to see how long it would take before he stopped unloading the doughnuts to take my order. It was like a minute, no big deal, but I noticed that he moved the garbage can with his hands so I know he would have to change his gloves. So I asked him if he could change his gloves he said why, I told him because he just touched the garbage can with his gloves and he should remove his gloves and change it for new one to reduce contamination. You know typical food safety protocol. He then says he didn’t touch the garbage can then he proceeds to move the can again with his hand while talking to me and I’m like your doing again, then he tells me the bag is over the can so it’s okay. Once I said it’s not he then proceeds to fan me off, I’m like what??? And then he takes out the whole rack of doughnuts and places it on the garbage can. Mind you guys, you can’t see there was garbage already in the bin that he covered with the tray. There was a food delivery person who saw the whole thing and said he does this all the time, and I told him this is wrong and that’s not what they are suppose to be doing, he then says because we are black they don’t listen to us. At that point I was even more upset because it’s crazy you can be a food delivery person and say nothing about this because you’re black? Oh no, I’m black too and I know how to handle these people and companies who let them work and make the general public sick. No thank you. God was on my side and made sure I saw it and that I didn’t eat from there. Look at the other reviews. This is just sad and they must be stopped.
September 05 · Jeffrey TaboisA simple order with complicated service. I ordered 2 small iced brown sugar cream cold brew. The man that took my order, I'm not sure if he's Indian or Bangladeshi/Bengali/Nusrat, he entered medium and I had to tell him I want 2 small, not medium. I could tell he wasn't either listening or wanted to charge me more. The other man of similar background made my drinks and I noticed he didn't put any foam. I asked him about it and he said they didn't have anymore brown sugar foam. I asked him if he could put cold foam since they didn't have the brown sugar foam. I looked at my receipt and the man that took my order entered cold brew, 2 brown sugar cinnamon syrup. Therefore I can understand why the man making my drink didn't put any foam. Then both men started speaking in their language. First of all, take my order right. It was a simple order, you're not Starbucks. Secondly, if you don't have brown sugar cold foam, replace it with regular foam. This is what myself as a customer is paying for. Next time I will take pictures of the men so that they can be highlighted. It's 2022. You want to give that type of service, I'll show the world who's providing it.
October 22 · Jennifer HTerrible. Went back and forth with the gentleman at the register before I even converted any of my points asking what I could get as a free breakfast sandwich. He said anything on the board. Once I converted and showed the QR code he told me he could not scan it and then I had to pay. I asked again what I could use it for since I had already converted the points and he just kept telling me I had to pay. Ridiculous.
