I ordered a caramel latte with whip cream. I picked up a caramel latte with whip cream and cinnamon. I did not ask for cinnamon which is why when I ordered on the app I did not get the caramel craze which automatically cones with cinnamon. The 2 ladies gave me such an attitude and just scooped put the whip cream with cinnamon. WHAT IF IM ALLERGIC TO CINNAMON? and then I got spoken to in their own language and another look when I asked to replace the caramel they just removed. So now I'm drinking my drink and there's a huge patch of cinnamon on the side.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. I ordered two drinks but was almost charged for three. When I politely corrected the mistake, I was met with unnecessary attitude instead of an apology from the cashier. The drinks themselves were not mixed properly, and when I asked for a tray, the staff member threw it at me and walked away. Another customer witnessed this as well. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

One worker was incredibly rude and raised his voice when I asked him to remake my coffee without sugar for my diabetic mom. And when the coworker tried to remake it he wouldn’t allow him. He also refused to redo the order for my cousin responding with “she couldn’t pay with the Dunkin card in the same transaction”. He always asks for tips.

Listen to the other reviews! The service and quality has drastically went down! I ordered the same drink (pink drink refresher) as I have in other locations but this one in particular was made oddly than others. I should’ve checked the reviews my mistake …
