I’ve always had a nice experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts and recently they REMODELED. It is absolutely gorgeous inside now, I really enjoy all the changes they have made.Today I ordered in the store but typically I use the mobile app and order ahead so I can just grab and go. The staff has always been nice enough, not super talkative but when you’re getting your coffee, you don’t necessarily want to chat up a storm haha.They also have a variety of food options if you’re in the mood and, of course, there’s always donuts.My go to item there is a grande iced Carmel macchiato. It is always tasty and if not, they will fix it. The coffee has gone up in price which doesn’t surprise me due to all the inflation, as well as, the remodel. However, $7 for coffee - all of these places are getting a little out of hand anymore with pricing things.

Ordered the new $6 bundle thing and they wanted to charge me $.10 per pump of caramel and then $2.09 for white cheddar cheese and then wanted to charge $2.99 for the hash browns! At the end it was $9.78 and the person in the counter was saying you know we charge for oat-milk (I knew that but still)! The bread was stale and the egg tasted as if it was freezer burned! I did not pay the almost $10. I gave them 7.25!

Awful service here! I ordered on the app but what I ordered was not available. I asked what else I could get. The rude woman at the front- young black woman- said only donuts and if I don’t want that- we would need to call corporate. She was very rude and never offered an apology or even provided any customer service. Train your employees better or hire people who actually want to work.

I don’t know when I became a connoisseur of Dunkin’ locations, but this is the worst one in the area. They consistently get my order wrong, and today they put foul, spoiled cow milk in my coffee. Like, I opened the cup and it reeked to high heaven. Not to mention that I ordered with coconut milk.Go to the one on 36th instead!
