I came here with my son just to get a coffee and some snack wraps there was an old man and a young man after I got my coffee, I realized just by looking at the coffee that the drink would be too strong so I asked for extra cream. I was handed a small cup of cream, but my coffee really tasted Bad it was sour and too strong. I asked can my coffee be fixed because it tasted bad I noticed that I was being given an attitude and the The young man working was clearly annoyed, cause I wasn’t satisfied with the coffee, but that coffee really tasted badI didn’t ask for any creamer. I didn’t ask for any Sweetener and I was given an attitude, even though I was being as polite as possible I also had ordered two Boston cream doughnut but for some reason, I never got my donuts. I was in a hurry for an appointment so I just left it alone and got boba tea next-doors down and it was really great. 😣
August 12 · Barbi3_ 215Dunkin is great. The service is usually quick and the coffee is just right. Servers are always pleasant!
July 24 · Alexandra PHorrible experience today with”Ansley” or Annie - pronunciation difficult to understand. The employees at this Dunkin MUST be retrained. They have no idea what a capuchino vs a latte is. After my husband goes in to state that he received a latte instead of a capuchino, they remake it exactly the same way again. I simply had to go back in and show them that a drink filled to the top with milk and zero foam is NOT a capuchino. At that point they resorted to state that the machine is damaged. Then why not tell is that to begin with IF IT WERE the truth. Poor training and even worse customer service. I left the drink and walked out.
April 06 · M. LREvery time I get a filled donut from this Dunkin the fill SUCKS !Stop being cheap with filling ! Boston Crème had a squirt inside , barely filling the donut and the jelly is only filled 1/2 of the way -_-Less donut more filling. Exactly why I go to the one on the Hutch…. And it has a drive thru.
