I come here pretty often, rush hours it’s absolutely packed. However the staff is extremely efficient and very friendly. If they make a mistake, they’ll make it right. A very pleasant Dunkin to visit. It’s always clean and wiped down as well.

I ask if that means no, and he just keeps going.Then he gives me my change. Reciept says 15$.. He gave me $10.. Then he says he didn’t ring me up for donut that’s why.. A donut isn’t $5 at dunkin, not even in this economy. Then he gave me 2$ and some change back.

I never expect anything special from fast food chains and quick bites coffee shop like Dunkin’. Manufact ,their coffee and lattes are really good. However, this location is just plain unprofessional with no respect to costumer service at all. The woman at the counter gave me an attitude for no reason whatsoever. I’ve ordered croissant with cheese and bacon plus avocado toast with bacon . Croissant came out dry and barely warm. Avocado toast without bacon . It’s not a big deal but combined with horrible customer service and dirty environment I’ll never stop by again.
