The site says store is open till 3:00AMWith employee working he doesn’t want to take the order and telling customers to go the store is closed.

I ordered two bagels and two donuts with a medium hot chocolate.. the package was packed so poorly when I got my food I opened it everything was soaked.. I ordered veggie cream cheese with my bagels it came with regular cream cheese … like if y’all don’t have what was ordered why not communicate??? I did not ask for regular cream cheese…

The employee didn't pay attention to me because I was going to chat with the customer in front of me for half an hour, so I left without buying anything.

this dunkin is ol reliable. staff are always kind and helpful. there could be more seating, but other than that, this place is great!

Managers/ workers are rude especially when you correct them on a drink order. They scold you like you’re their kid.
