just bought my autistic toddler of sausage on a croissant I get to the school down the block. It’s on a bagel. The bagel was burnt it toasted it had everything bagel seeds on it. My daughter is having a meltdown. It’s hard to get her together and now I’m sitting here with the wrong thing. I’m disgusted I go to the store every day I spend $12-$15 every morning. My daughter eats the same thing every morning. I see these people every morning and they handed me a burnt bagel with everything bagel seed on it with my daughter sausage patty. I’m disgusted and I’m sick of the poor service and the high prices at this place no way I’m on my way back there right now

Terrible customer service!! Especially from male employees. I ordered a box of donuts and the employee made sure to slam (threw it a little bit) on the counter, had attitude from the second I stepped up to the counter. It was disappointing given how nice and clean the Dunkin is; don’t think I’ll ever come back :(

I think before they had some pretty decent workers who did their jobs quickly. Now I go in and they lol at me standing at the cash register waiting to order them go do something else. I once waited 8 minutes trying to get an order in. They say they’re open 24 hours but when you go around 10 they say they’re closed and are inside talking and laughing. Horrible customer service absolutely horribleee!!! The food is also made poorly and rushed.

This place has gone down hill… the morning time which is their busiest time they have 2 older woman and 1 guy and all of them are EXTREMELY slow and don’t have any type of urgency… they constantly make mistakes and walk around talking their language to each other joking… they need to close this location down fire and re hire a new staff and train them properly because this is the worst Dublin in the Bronx… absolutely 0 stars pls fire the staff and re hire… the manager is also a complete bafoon and he has no clue what he’s doing

My siblings stopped by this establishment the other day and saw a roach on the Ice machine. It's very disgusting to know that this place had roaches extremely close to a major part of most of the drinks like Iced Coffee or my favorite, the Vanilla Bean. Please be wary next time of what you order
