I went this morning to get my bagel as I usually do, but I don’t know what happened this morning, but the bagel was all burned, it wasn’t even edible.

The moment that I walked in the floor looks like was not swept for months so dirty. One guy was on his phone talking while I am giving him my order. The other guy was working. This place is very dirty they need to clean it.

I got here in dunkin donuts at 9, i tried to order before the staff member inturupted telling me he couldnt take my order since he frozed everything, I ordered two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, these sandwiches take 5 minutes to make but he didint want too also becuase he was talking to his friend meanwhile declining orders. Dunkin donut closes at 10 and I was just getting there when it turned 9

I will be thoroughly checking my orders.Debated on 2 or 3 stars ..2x in a row they didn’t have glazed donuts.3x receiving orange mango and not ORANGE JUICE as I ordered.2x getting a frosted donut with no sprinkles even though I asked for sprinklesOrdered $21 worth of food, someone took half, waited 10 min for them to forget I was there (after taking my receipt to rectify the issue) had 3 different people ask me (while standing there) what I was waiting for. While making other orders❗️They did rectify the donut issue when I pointed out it was the second time they gave me the wrong one.‼️The manager on duty was quick to fix the error and understood my frustration with the entire situation; very nice.

last visit I was ignored when walking in, employee was on phone and finally looked up when I made noise after standing there for almost a minute. Was given a stale donut and the coffee didn't taste good. Had similar experience when I was in the week before. Employee looked me in the face and kept on filling (online) orders without saying anything, then when she came to the counter 2 mins later to help me asked "what do you want?" No greeting.
