They only gave me an iced latte.I ordered 3 donuts a coffee and an iced latte. We only got an iced latte upon pick up.I left right away as I was too scared to confront the man about the situation. He looked pissed off about something & I really don’t want any problems.

Ordered a matcha latte. Drank it in two minutes. I went in asking why the whole drink was ice and only 25% was the drink. He said this was the regular amount of ice and didn’t want to remake the drink or even give me a small one. Ive ordered plenty matcha lattes and this has never been the regular amount. Horrible service

The guy working today, Wednesday, refused to give my mother a free donut with her large drink purchase. When she asked him he just shrugged and said no. Can’t help and wonder if it was because she was wearing a Jewish star.
