I always try my best to order ahead because I know with this location it will take me an extra 5 to 10 minutes to get my order. The employees are always prioritizing conversation instead of focusing on handling customers orders, so there is no professionalism. They never put ketchup in the bag and I always have to go back and ask them if they can mix my coffee properly.

I used to go to this Dunkin’ mostly in the evening, and it quickly became my go-to spot. The barista was always incredibly kind and polite—such a genuine person. Whenever I was unsure about where to stop by at night, I’d always end up choosing this place simply because of the great service. It really made the difference!

The barista while friendly and respectful unlike their usual customers failed to be properly trained or did not know how to prepare a matcha iced latte. Terrible service overall. And he didn’t want to do this drink over.
