I come nearly every day on my way to work. I order within 5 minutes before I walk up and my drink and food are always ready. The employees recognize me and ask how I am if they aren't too busy, it is a very sweet start to my day ☺️

The service is very slow yes but what’s even worst is the quality of the drinks. They are bad every single time. And side bar why did yall make the parking spaces so small it’s just a terrible dunkin location altogether.

I’m a union laborer that travels all over NYC and I have to give this specific DD credit to their hospitality and service. Rare to come by.

Not my favorite place.The environment is the main reason why this location receives a low rating. Loitering does occur here. I turned back from this location many times because of one specific man that hangs out there with his pants loose, exposing his behind and asking for money. The employees also know the man and calls him by his name to move him out the way whilst customers are ordering. He smells really bad, shows his behind to the world and asks for money without a fail. The very few times that he was not at the location, the order was decent.This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts en route by the Q5 bus. If you’re looking for a quick drink and a donut, you can run in and out. However, if you do not want to deal with a confronting loiterer en route to work or school, and can wait for your caffeine dosage … you should wait and go elsewhere. Until they fix the issue with the man with the shopping cart parked up by the entrance, I will not be going in. Take out/Delivery is the best option, if you have time to spare. Also, the location does not have an option to sit in.

Employees are hustling rushing without taking care the customer nor their order. I ordered a frozen coffee just like I do everyday! The lady started teaching me coffee, what is frozen coffee! not nice
