Slow Slow Slow. Never any help. Whats the point of pre order if I get there see the ticket on the counter and thry do the order of those there. And it's 2025 time to update store menu.

Today, Thursday, September 11th, I arrived to buy and ordered a sandwich. The old woman who works there was brave and gave me a coffee without sugar. I asked for black coffee with milk on the side. When I asked for sugar, bravo. The bread, eggs, cheese, was cold, one side of the bread was burnt. I don't recommend eating here. Customer service was bad. If you weren't there, ask for free. It's better to buy dinner. The best service: Donkin' Donuts, garbage, bad service. Bad service

I wish I can give 0. We have been standing at the counter for may be 5 minutes. The lady was changing garbage bin, I thought let me wait its ok she will come once she is done but guess what she went to clean table again and went to back not even saying hi can you please wait. I just left. This place is always rude. Don’t recommend.

The service is poor. Only one person working at 11am, when the place is busy. I'm waiting for a coffee 15 minuts, very bad experience in this place!!!

It's getting worse every time I go. Today and as always I ordered an avocado toast and bacon, it took about 5 minutes to prepare...there was no other order being processed. And not to mention how stingy they are on putting bacon...I could literally count the pieces of bacon. My previous visit, the lady that worked on the counter took about a minute to realize I was waiting to place an order. But because I had to say excuse me. She was having a conversation with the other employee. she gave me this rude look...when I said that wanted to place an order. I've read some other reviews here and mention a "lady" I wonder if it's the same lady. Whoever is in charge of this location, I hope you are reading all these reviews and have a conversation with your staff. Not good service and poor on making the orders.
