This Dunkin donuts has been a staple for me because it is a place where I can get a quick drink and head right out! I have had no problems with the food ( except that the donuts are stale sometimes) but I don't really get my donuts there anyways. The drinks are great and the service is how it should be. Serve and then get out of my store! They have seats and are welcoming to have you stay there. remember, it's a Dunkin donuts, not a 5 star Michelin restaurant in Paris.

DO NOT USE E-Payments here they will scan it and not give you the product I even came back to the location to show proof it took my balance they even told me Baskin wasn’t affiliated with Dunkin when it is I’ve used the same method many times at the same location and all the manager did was deny and lie and made me feel embarrassed for even showing them that it took my money as you see I’ve used it many times this is the first time I have had an issue I wouldn’t be leaving this review of it weren’t for the way the manager handled it I contacted corporate but beware they will take your payment and say it’s on me even though you show all the proof that it was taken so I’m out almost $6 and couldn’t even get my coffee and donut

Small Dunkin but boy are they efficient! Fast, ready to go and on the move. It’s small in the seating area and gets packed super fast. The seating is VERY LIMITED and if you sit you’ll be surrounded by people. It’s really a grab and go Dunkin. But they’re on top of it. Taking orders mid line and ready for you when it’s time to pay. Really on top of their workflow. Def don’t expect to get cozy but to keep your day moving when you go. Good location, foods are fresh and good turnover. No complaints.

I went to pick up a drink today at this location the kid who was working there between the hours of 4:30 & 5 . Was so rude! Customer service was so bad. I told him he should not be working there if he's gonna be miserable taking orders. Because I addressed the issue, he decided to come out with homophobic slur. Terrible terrible service. If you're unhappy with your job, don't work where you need to attend customers.

I recently visited Ducken Donuts, hoping to enjoy a tasty treat. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was lacking, and the hygiene of the establishment left much to be desired. I was shocked to find flies buzzing around the food, which was a major turn-off. As a regular customer, I've never encountered such a problem before.Moreover, the customer service was disappointing. It's unfortunate that I couldn't fully enjoy my visit due to the issues mentioned. It's important for any food establishment to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent service to customers.I've always been a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts in New York City, but this particular Ducken Donuts has left me questioning whether I should continue to patronize it. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to regain the trust of their customers.
