I go to this Dunkin everyday and have a great experience. Until today Asked this store if they could remake my coffee as a courtesy because the Dunkin I went to messed up. She proceeded to ring me up for a new coffee even though the coffee I had was wrong and barely touched. I asked her why and she couldn’t give me an explanation. I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s before and they have honored the coffee for me if it was not made right. I feel as though this was racially motivated because her demeanor changed as soon as she started to help me as opposed to other non POC customers. Not to mention it took her 10 minutes to serve me because she was in the back prepping a food / delivery order and made me wait. As I was leaving she started screaming at me continuously making a scene in front of other customers because I called her racist. If you are a person of color steer clear. Dont believe me ? Go experience it yourself to see how dismissive they are to POC. Will never spend a dime here again

I m not a Dunkin fan but every time they have a new donut I like to try it.--This one is with apple cream inside and little crunchy outside. It was soft and fresh. A little sweet but it's a donut that is the idea :)--The hit of the wallet for this one is almost 2$.--See you in another review.@elmanudominguez(Instagram and soon in YouTube)

I would give a 0 they are nasty and the lady scammed me and didn't care and when I was arguing with her she was talking to her coworkers in Arabic and was cursing me out in Arabic and talking bad

I used to come to this location daily despite the one friendly worker, until recently. On this particular day in September 2023, the friendly worker wasn't there. It was just the male worker who isn't welcoming or friendly at all to me and two very loud, very chatty (in their language) females. I made my order with the man who didn't want to take my order to begin with, and then the waiting game started. The man went in the back while these two were practically arguing. I understand they were also filling online orders, but after 5 minutes of waiting, I had to say something to which I was rudely brushed off by one of the females. When the male came from he back of the store, I asked him if they were aware of my order and this fool.says I don't remember you ordering anything. At this point, I was livid and had to assert my point and demand coffee. Boy, did things move in the direction of me getting my coffee and going about my day. They won, I will not patronize this establishment again. Beware if your skin is brown. I contemplated writing corporate, but I rather not be bothered with even laying eyes on those people.
