Previous staff was alot better, I used to come here regularly and I came recently for a cup of coffee. The staff couldn’t even make a simple cup of coffee and I ordered my coffee black but I received cream and plenty of sugar inside. I asked the staff to correct my order and they started talking about me in spanish and I overheard one of them to the other to spit in my coffee. I asked for the manager and this loud mouth lady came with a nasty attitude and asked me to leave. How hard is it to just make a simple BLACK coffee, the service here is beyond mind boggling. Maybe the staff here should look into finding a new job especially the manager there with her nasty attitude.

I am disgusted with the level of customer service in the location they are understaffed, I was treated very poorly and staff behave as if they were doing me a favor NOT like a just spent my hard earned money making a purchase.I was so frustrated with the unwanted comments I just left without anything even after spending $11.00.I don’t recommend you go to places you are not treated with respect and kindness.If you’re not passionate and excited to wake up a do your job then please don’t make others experience as bad a yours.

The worst Dunkin…ever. It’s like playing Russian Roulette with your coffee. I actually get surprised when the coffee tastes like it’s supposed to. The staff here clearly doesn’t want to work here. Very rude and chaotic. I haven’t been here in months for these reasons. Decided to come in today because I was desperate. And boy do I regret it. $5 coffee right in the trash. Not even worth going back inside they’ll just give you an attitude.

Horrible! I go to this place regularly and notice the staff isn't in a very good mood. Today, a manager just told a counter employee in front of everyone that "she shouldn't come back the next day, she'll be better off at home." Disrespectful and humiliating. They need to address this issue of treating employees like garbage.

As a dunkin donuts fan, this is my favorite location. They always get my iced coffee done right and the selection of donuts is unbelievable! They also have specialty donuts that I've never seen at other establishments . This location can be chaotic due to it being near a highschool but thats something that's out of their control. Would definitely recommend 👌

I regularly visit this location, and unfortunately, it is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The manager is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and constantly raises their voice at employees in front of everyone, including customers. The lack of professionalism creates a very uncomfortable environment for both staff and guests. On top of that, the quality of the coffee is completely inconsistent — it tastes different every single day, almost by chance. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve one star.
