So if it's listed online it's 24 hours they really should be someone available. Twice this month now I've gone in the early hours of the morning and twice no was around to help me. First through the drive thru i waited for over 5 mins and no one said anything and no one was inside that i could see. Today even though it's listed as being open 24 hours the lobby was locked but no singage indicated that. It says nothing online about the lobby being closed after a certain time. This location just keeps disappointing me. Go down the road to darien if they are open. Much better service.8/1/25I know there's a timer in drive thru but please don't burn the food. I got the stuffed mini bagels and both the bagel and the cream cheese inside were burnt. The bagel was chewy in a way I was not expecting because it was over done. Please do better.

The employees are rude , treat customers with a nasty attitude. They change them and the new ones are nastier. The store could be empty at 3 pm and they take their sweet time to take care of the drive through. They don’t even acknowledge you by saying give me a minute or hold on last time I waited about 7 minutes without any respond on the drive through.I think the manager doesn’t train them or ask them to be polite to customers, totally different to the Starbucks right across from them. This is the last time I go to Dunkin’ Donuts . Not even management cares that employees mistreat the customers

Went through the drive thru this morning . What a horrible mess. They were telling people to pull aside to wait for their order. People were legit pulling out of the drive thru because the wait line was beyond ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes for 2 iced coffees, a wrap and avocado toast.. not only was my avocado toast COLD ( I'm not sure the how food that just came out of the oven can be cold) but the box it came in was filled with OTHER food. The outside had cream cheese on it & the inside of my box had CHEESE. Avocado toast doesn't have cream cheese or cheese so there should have been no reason as to why my box was disgustingly messy like that. Anyways I didn't have time to waste by having them make it over so I just threw my toast away & drink my iced coffee. Would never return here again.... They are extremely understaffed & need more employees . Yuck yuck yuck! Do better

Nice, manager very nice guy, if you want a great food great coffee come here guys, so I am recommended for everyone now let's change before .... So right now I can tell you 100% come here

Asked for an iced tea and an iced water. Got a cup of warm water and iced tea. Asked for a cup of ice and a man with a “glazed” name tag rolled his eyes but got it for me. I said that it’s rude to roll your eyes because I asked for ice so he just ignored me. Awful service

Decent dunkin, but still dunkin with dunkin shenanigans. They forgot to cook my grilled cheese (or re microwave it I should say)
