Do not go to this Dunkin. I just tried to order two coffees to go. The woman incessantly kept asking me to order a food item and I tell her no I’m OK thanks so much about 3 times. As I’m trying to pay, and scanning my app and there was this confusion of whether I scanned it or not, and suddenly she’s added an almond croissant to my order and my card has already gone through. So now I’m paying five dollars more for an almond croissant??! I said I didn’t order that! And she goes what?! I said you just put an almond croissant on my order, please remove it I want a refund! And she is so confused, and eventually just gives me four dollars in cash, even though I just wanted a refund on my card. It was the most bizarre thing, but the place is incompetent and rude and just trying to take your money.

Do not come here if you want your food handled with care. I witnessed a woman drop a lid on the floor and put it back on the stack of lids. She then proceeded to try and use that SAME lid on my drink. When I called her out she got an attitude with me and tried to rush me out without giving me my food! Keep in mind, I was a mobile order! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD/DRINKS TO BE SERVED WITH A SIDE OF GERMS AND BACTERIA.

These people don't know what they're doing here. I ordered the seasonal potion macchiato and they didn't even know it existed at first even though I pointed to the ad on the tv screen above them. When I got my order it was just a regular macchiato with no special flavors. On top of that, they also gave the customer before me a regular coffee instead of a decaf that he asked for. Don't recommend going to this dunkin location.

Very slow service. The employees seems really tired and out of it. They are pretty rude.
