If you guys are going to have the hours listed as 24hrs but then after 10pm the workers go into the back and turn off the lights then maybe we should change the hours. On Christmas Eve I went there and I waited 15 mins for the guy from the back to come and start my order that I placed online. Also, an Uber eats guy was there to pick up another order. While the worker was filling the order he mixed the other order with mine. He also had an attitude with the Uber eats guy. (Part of the order wasn't in stock and he was just screaming at him telling him "we don't have it" but he's supposed to fix that so the customer knows it's not in stock)I went again on 1/5/25 at 1040pm and the lights were off again and no one came out from the back this time and my order was on the screen blinking. This is absolutely unacceptable.Will file a complaint

I don’t like writing bad reviews, , but this truly irritated me. I ordered a medium cold brew with cold foam, and at first they gave me a small. I was about to walk out until I realized it was the wrong size, therefore I asked if they could fix the size to a medium. Instead of adding more coffee , all they did was fill the rest of the drink with cold foam. At that point I was annoyed and just walked out , since I can add coffee to it when I get home. This isn’t a big deal , but why add more cold foam instead of coffee AND cold foam?!?

The service at this Dunkin' is bad. I ordered a coffee with one sugar and it came with three, and my husband ordered a black coffee, but they gave it to me with milk. Terrible service at night.

Twice I have ordered so far coffee thru door dash n twice they send me the wrong item. While I may get a refund from door dash the point is that I get what I ordered. This is a major inconvenience.

If it wasn't next to a hospital, business would not be coming. You really should get nicer employees all throughout the day but especially in the AM so much attitude when they don't cook things right. Just, check ya attitude and temperature, or I'll go to Starbucks. And the drinks here are under sized why I got 3/4 of my latte filled, crazy
