I ordered an iced caramel latte, but they made me just iced coffee, I didn’t feel the taste of caramel, please change the staff, we pay money for this, Boston's cream cheese was put with the chocolate side in one bag and not in two, they stick to each other , terrible, please change the staff, hash Brown was toasty, I paid money, didn’t finish the coffee and didn’t eat it

Coffee order - large decaf iced cappuccino, low on ice, half blue milk, half red milk, kosher milk if possible, no sugar.It's hard for me to find a Dunkin' that gets my friends coffee order right but this location always does! Quick too!

This store miss all the small cues of customers service. At the time of purchase, there were only two people in the store. Maybe, I was in a rush or it was human error. One item was missing and I left a decent tip. Nevertheless, always check out you food before leaving. Outside of the mishaps, the food is fresh and delicious. The store is clean and presentable. 🤯✌️😜🚑

Order an ice coffee with less ice 1/3 cup (bottom cup). The crew member gave me 2/3 cup of ice try to lie to me is less ice but they note were never marked down. And gave a huge bad services with arguments.Stay away this location
