This is the first time that I’ve ever done a review. The customer service from one lady in particular was so horrible that I had to post a review. I am showing her my rewards, I have free hash browns with a purchase of a drink in which I purchased. She then keeps on insisting that’s just for the points even though I showed her the difference and my points QR code was the first thing I had her scan. I believe it was a language barrier which is extremely frustrating and no one there seemed to know how to speak English.. so no one was able to help me out. I know I’m not the only one who’s had those type of issues so there must be a change.

I don’t think I have ever had this bad of an experience at a food establishment ever. I work at another store in the mall this Dunkin is in and came here on my 30 minute break. I order my meal and stand off to the side to wait for them to make it. The lady tells me that my card didn’t go through and asks me to pay again to which I do but as she gives me the receipt it is completely for someone else’s order and I realize she just had me pay for another person’s meal. I tell her this and she tells me she will fix it but proceeds to attend to other customers as I’m left waiting for her to refund me and for me to receive my meal. She ends up refunding me but refunds me the wrong amount and I have to correct her on the amount she had me pay for. During all of this I still have none of my food. At this point I only had 10 minutes left of my break and I am pretty much forced to accept the wrong drink (I ordered a sugar cookie iced latte and she handed me a caramel iced latte claiming this is the drink I ordered). I go back to the backroom of the store I work in and take a bite of my croissant just to see a weird bright green splotch on the bottom on my croissant. If I could give this place a big fat zero I would. This place is god awful and genuinely no one should come here

I ordered a macchiato and an espresso, but the preparation of both drinks was incorrect and unprofessional. The macchiato was served in a large cup filled mostly with milk and one shot of espresso, which did not align with my expectations for a properly layered macchiato. The espresso was initially poured into a large cup and then transferred to a smaller cup, which seemed inefficient and confusing. The staff's handling of the order felt careless, and the overall experience was disappointing.

The coffe was nasty, I always order the same coffee at every location and it’s a retry simple order. No other dunkin has ever got it wrong, this place put a ton of ice in a coffee that clearly said less ice, didn’t put the correct milk on it and forgot the foam, when I asked for it they added a little bit on the top, never drinking coffee from this place again
