The food and atmosphere were excellent, but what truly set the evening apart was the service.Johnny and Rose were the dynamic duo of the night. They were attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect for us. They went above and beyond in every way, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, and creating an experience that felt personal and memorable.We’ve dined at many places, but Johnny and Rose exceeded every expectation we’ve ever had for service. They turned a great dinner into an unforgettable evening. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The gaucho team is incredibly professional, the market table is a work of art. The manager Marcos was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect with our experience. August 12 · Josue CarmonaFor rodizio in Bergen county, it's competitively priced. It's ambiance it's very appealing, and their wine collection is extensive. (I am not a wine drinker, but they have a floor to ceiling "cellar". I cannot confirm if they are horrible or exceptional wines). They do also have a fully functional bar, including several varities of Caipirinha, a traditional Brazilian cocktail. The wait staff is very pleasant, this is my second visit to this exact location, I had one meat handler that must have been having an off day, otherwise everyone is very pleasant. As a warning for some whom haven't had rodizio, it can be costly for the full experience. Fogo de Chão does offer more affordable options for those who don't necessarily need the full experience, and on the flip side they also offer a more expensive option with more than your traditional rodizio experience.

July 29 · Liveth MartinezMade a reservation and they took us a little early. Waitress was attentive. Food was tasty and well prepared. The table side were replenished regularly but after the initial round of meat, the service slowed down especially as it got busier. The Cheesecake Brulee was very good.
September 07 · DadosphereThis experience was absolutely wonderful. Our server Johnny was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and his customer service was excellent. We were constantly attended to and overall had great conversation. Would definitely recommend dining in for any special occasion. The steak options are all delectable. 100/10
