Let’s begin with writing that it’s sad that people get complacent but I’ve been coming here for years and very few times. They have giving me my Matcha latte the way I wanted it even though I repeated several times how I like it, people sometimes don’t get it rightand it’s frustrating because you come here spend about $10 and they give you a lot of ice even though I said less ice, I’ll give you Matcha halfway and halfway is foam.

Best Dunkin in Long Island! The guy at the front (I think he is the owner) is very professional and listens to ever specific requests especially when it comes to drinks. This Dunkin is the only Dunkin that has gotten my coffee right the first time and the food here is always fresh! I have a picture that I took of the donut they gave my daughter this around October! Very creative and the kids loved it! I don’t live near greenvale but I always take the drive down to get my morning coffee from here that’s how much I enjoy this Dunkin! Highly recommend this Dunkin for anyone who is in Long Island!

Terrible customer service. There has been two instances when I have experienced this. One was when I accidentally ordered my food to a different Dunkin an hour away and they would not make it and I had to drive to a different place, another time we ordered and they gave us the wrong drink and refused to remake it. I work in the food industry and I know the customer is always right, in my store we would immediately remake the food, no questions asked. this is a multi million dollar company that can’t remake an iced coffee? Ridiculous.. the workers are hard working and the store is often crowded. Sometimes the drinks are inconsistent but otherwise it’s a fine place. Probably start driving to the one in glencove instead

⭐ Dunkin’ at 1 Glen Cove Road in Greenvale – My TakeThis Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.Overall, I’d give this spot a solid 3.9 out of 5. It does the job when you need a caffeine fix or a bite, especially if you’re already nearby. Just don’t count on it for a relaxing sit-down coffee—this is more of a grab-and-go kind of place.
