Stood there with my son waiting to be acknowledged. Never happened, so I walked out. Ambiance was clean and inviting. Service not so much.

Every time I order for pickup on the app they make my order wrong. They don’t even use oat milk that I pay extra for. Today, I placed an order for 2 matcha lattes and they were out of matcha. Not only did I walk out with nothing, they also did not give me a refund since the manager wasn’t there!!!

This location used to be great but it has gotten really bad recently. I now go a mile out of the way to the sea cliff location because i had about a half a dozen bad experiences here in the last year.They are particularly bad with online orders and during the morning rush. A few times I ordered in advance on the app then still waited 15-20 minutes just to be told that they didn't even start my order yet, so I had to leave empty handed. The final time I went there they were out of several things and said they couldn't refund me, so after paying money and leaving empty handed three times I finally gave up on the glen head store.
