Shovik is amazing !!!! He is a one man machine !!! He provided amazing service, he is super kind and friendly. He was working alone and had full control of the business. What a showman !!! Give this guy a raise !!!! He is definitely a special person with incredible patience. BRAVO !!!

14 mins waiting for a sandwich 6:17 to 6:30 am because they didnt have a person at the sandwich station. Slow food service instead of Fast food service

Came in Wednesday morning asking for my always usual DD order L hot caramel latte w 8 pumps of caramel and almond milk and the guy gives me a iced latte and wants to argue w me saying thats what i ordered. Yet ive never ordered a iced latte from any DD.

This site is disgusting mold on the bread and the employees tried to still use it and touch other orders with the same gloves then she started acting like she wasn’t touching it. Do not order from here.
