The bestest mobile ordering experience I've had! Drove up to drive thru, and my name and order popped up when I said hello to the intercom. Nice touch! I'll show yall, but no specifics because I don't want judgment for my order of 4 🤣. Jokes aside, the cashier was so pleasant and the workers seemed to mesh well together. My coffee order was mixed up for one order; I informed her and immediately she replaced it before we departed. I was prepared to pay for the additional so I could keep the iced coffee in lieu of the hot coffee, but she let me go with both. Had to return though, because part of the order was missing. Turns out they didn't have the items, but I was still charged on the app. The attendant was super courteous in offering us substitutions, as I wasn't interested in a refund. Graciously handled.

The food at Dunkin’ Donuts is pretty good and the service is fast. The place is usually empty, but it’s kinda dirty outside with lots of homeless people nearby. Bathrooms are sometimes clean. The ice cream has a lot of frost, so it’s probably been sitting out too long.

I arrived at this location at 9:26 PM, well before the posted closing time of 10 PM (as stated both online and on the door). As I reached for the door to enter, an employee exiting the store saw me, yet proceeded to push the door shut and lock it right in front of me. I knocked to get her attention, but she ignored me completely. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also highly disrespectful. Closing early and refusing service without explanation, especially when a customer arrives well within business hours, is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the experience.

I chose this Dunkin over 3 others because it was rated highest.This one, while cleaning and spacious, has no customer restroom. Part of my order was coupled with some else's drink. When I politely said, "Just waiting on my wraps, the worker yelled, "there!". Next to the wrong drink. Having a bad day, I guess.

I just want to make your location aware that I contacted Dunkin Donuts Customer Service about the rude customer service that was completely uncalled for. Maybe if your team members listened better and improved on their communication skills. Then your team members would not have to ask customers to repeat their orders after it was clearly and concisely stated the first time. I said I wanted a Medium Hot Almond Spice Coffee in plain English. Its okay, when Customer Service follows up in regard to my complaint, you will understand better than…since now corporate is involved.
