Fiesta, there is no place to sit or restrooms. Second, the service is terrible. The guy at the counter was very unfriendly and didn’t even want to take my order at first and wanted another girl who was busy to do it. She couldn’t so he didn’t with a bad attitude and didn’t even reply after my thank you. Dunkin really has to check the service it provides to its customers. I’m never coming back there

Absolutely horrible! The whole store needs to be fired. They purposely work on drinks and work on food extra slow with no urgency knowing they’re creating long lines , long wait times and laugh at customers when they know they’re in the wrong or know they’re purposely delaying everyone’s time.I’ve timed them a handful of times and they take literally 15-20 mins to make just a few (3-4) drinks!!!!Also, their coffee is inconsistent, they don’t read labels correctly and end up messing up lots of customers orders and dare have an attitude when you ask them to remake it. I and many customers have gotten COLD food!! Again, they have the nerve to give you an attitude when you ask them to heat up the food.I thought I could cut the line by order thru the Mobile app. But WOW, almost every time I place a mobile order 15-20 mins ahead of time hoping it’s ready….its not!! I walk in waiting an extra 5 mins or more for them to get to my mobile order!!! Absolutely ridiculous, they should be ashamed!!Don’t waste your time ordering here! Unfortunately since this location is unreliable , I have to waste half my break time and make the trip 15 mins away at the Atlantic Ave store which thankfully is very pleasant and have wonderful customer service.

The went first thing in the morning, the donut selection was extremely poor— probably half or less of the quantity and selection it should be. No maple bars, no old fashioned, one type of munchkin.I got 5 donuts total and the price was $14, which is honestly insane— let alone the fact the that donuts were old.Large indoor space yet no chairs or places to sit.Please improve quality.

The new store is nice yet they have no seating which isn’t as much of a problem as the rude staff and the disorder for online orders. When I order ahead my is started when I walk in and question why it’s not ready. If I decide to walk in an order I end up dealing with rude staff that can’t seem to hang up their personal phone to take an order and when they do take my order it ends up being wrong and I get overcharged for regular pricing instead of promotional pricing. I’m never stepping foot in this Dunkin again.

Food - It was alright. First time trying three items. I got the strawberry dragonfruit lemonade refresher. The medium one had a deal for 3 dollars. I'm honestly shocked that was a deal.. that should be the normal price. It's really not that much to drink, especially with half of it being ice. The chicken and bacon croissant stuffer was very small for the price but came out very crispy, hot, and flavorful. The hashbrowns sucked, I'm not sure why people like these. Just tastes like... nothing.Service - It was fine. A bit messy and disorganized but maybe that's just their method. I got my food pretty quickly and they gave me a receipt which is nice.Atmosphere - Horrible because there is nowhere to sit. That's just not okay in my opinion! It's a food place. Sure, it's not a restaurant, but like, with so many other places nearby where there IS seating, I don't see why anyone would come here just to eat at a tiny ledge. There's so much empty space too, it's just ridiculous. A few tables and chairs wouldn't kill you. Just for that, 1 star.
