Customer service goes a long way. I ordered a hot tea and a cup was scorching. They don’t have the cardboard slips to put around the cup. I asked for an extra cup because it was too hot to hold and I was told no. I’m unsure if they are Told they cannot do this… But I would rather just go to Starbucks if they can’t spare an extra cup because the contents is hot. The bagel also tasted terrible. I bought an egg en cheese on english muffin, and the bread had MOLD on it. How come the worker didnt notice when putting on the oven, the hasbrown tasted like plastic as well. Will never buy in this place again.

The manager is the best... I keep comming back because hes always so nice and loves his customers.. Most of the women in there are great but Saturday i stopped by since i moved to queens just to say hi and grab a coffee and there was a new woman in there light skinned younger indian woman and at first she was nice but didnt understand my order. I ordered my coffee on the app but decided to get food while i was there and she got super nasty like repeatedly where i ended up telling her to not even talk to me and asking the older darker skinned woman if she could make my sandwich even though she was sweeping. She had no problem understanding me and making it she even had to tell the other woman to stop because she kept saying ride things.. I was ready to jump over the counter.. I wont go there if this woman is working there. ive never had such an unpleasant experience there

Amir is the kindest person in all Greenpoint. Every time I go there to pick up my order, he has it ready for me. He always has a super big smile and I love seeing how kind he is to his employees. Best Dunkin' Donuts in all of Brooklyn.

Staff have always been amazing here. Been to many DD's and I think only been to two locations that have been friendly and courteous. Staff here on McGuiness are polite, establishment clean, and they always great you with a smile. And during these times they have not stopped being total professionals.
