I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this location needs some serious change in customer service. I ordered my drink through mobile order and specifically stated “no whipped cream”. As soon as I got there to pick up my order I see a drink under my name with whip cream, meanwhile on the sticker order it says “NO WHIPPED CREAM”. I understand mistakes happen, so I kindly asked if my drink could be made again since I am lactose intolerant and the whipped cream had already spread over the drink. The male making the drinks grabbed my cup and was going to simply scoop the whipped cream off. I told him I cannot drink that drink because I am lactose intolerant and it’s already all mixed in. He immediately got offensive and shouted “come on just take it”. However, he finally started to make my drink again after I explained I am lactose intolerant. He then handed me my drink and as soon as I saw my drink I knew he purposely had made my drink the wrong way. It was literally a cup of almond milk with ice and caramel. Meanwhile I had ordered an iced caramel latte. I won’t be coming back to this store ever again. Don’t not waist your money. They can make your drink wrong and still get angry at you when you ask them to please make it right.

I never leave a review but, today is the day I have to. I ordered my breakfast through the mobile app, I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese , hash browns and iced coffee. I get to my job site and open up my sandwich and it is literally, ice cold. It was never heated up so, I have a slab of Frozen egg, Frozen sausage and cold cheese and cold bread what kind of savage does this. The place wasn't even busy. I will never set foot in this Dunkin' again.

This is a neighborhood institution I've lived in Williamsburg Brooklyn all my life as I am a Williamsburg Brooklyn native and resident all my 23 years. I have at least 4 Dunkin's within where I am and this one is the closest one to me by 1 block. My first encounter of going here )as far as I can recall was a few years ago for free coffee national coffee day) I don't go here often as one of the others on graham ave but I love it here . I feel like the other one I mainly go to is smaller yes there's still chairs and tables but I think it had to do with also Baskin robins sharing the space. At this location I love how big it is and as both a Williamsburg Brooklyn native and Avid photographer who loves to document my life means the world to me. I've only had one donut in the past but it's like any other Dunkin I've been to (not a bad thing). But I've got to say I prefer getting drinks (coffee here ) here over the one at Graham Ave because I feel like it taste fresher the other location at times feels like (according to me and my experiences) feel like they do it in batches and not as fresh that's never the case at this location I've had more coffee at this location than the other location which is good at best but I feel like this one for some reason is far more superior. Staff are always friendly at this and the other Dunkin on graham ave in Williamsburg Brooklyn so no complaints there . I only gave food 4 stars because I only mainly get coffee here so I would be dishonest if I were to give it a 5

Any good reviews are fake!!!Negative reviews post pictures as proof.Slow service, no point in using the DD app for pick up because they won't notice it. Dirty store with only 1 employee working during the day.

This is by far the worst Dunkin in the Williamsburg area, the workers are rude & mess up your order constantly. I have went for refreshers that are literally juice and tea and came out with juice with water on multiple occasions but they’ll have an attitude if you tell them they’ve messed up your drink. Same with the food, they’ve burnt my hashbrowns, snackin bacon, & bagel minis or the bagel mini’s will be hot on the outside & cold in the middle. I have also had workers laugh in my face because I was a customer who came all the time for the same thing & they literally laughed in my face about it. This place is somewhere you absolutely need to steer clear from, especially considering the workers are so rude & don’t care about what they’re doing. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ORDER MESSED UP!
