They never get the order correct the Arabic guy that makes the food doesn’t know the difference between a wrap or McMuffin!!! He always messes up! They all blame each other! They need to train the workers better on the foods they have!

No one after me, but the cashier lady was in such a hurry that she closed my order before I finished it, and she did it twice. I asked one sugar for both of my coffees, and she gave 2 sugars for one coffee and nothing for the other. These types of people damage the company’s reputation.

Being tired isn’t an excuse for a bad attitude and bad service. Dunkin’ should find workers who don’t mind serving the public. Dunkin Spanish employees treat Spanish people better which isn’t fare. All because they share language and culture they shouldn’t get treated better

Customer service not to the standard. All the refill and other open stuffs not available for customer , Has to be asked for even need any sugar or mixer straw. Nothing available outside for customer. No clean this shop . Need more update Dunkin’. Standard.
