Truly terrible. You know when you buy some good donuts and they taste great the 1st day, the 2nd day they are just ok. By the 4th day, they aren't worth the calories and need thrown in the trash. Bought a couple donuts here and they had that 4 day old flavor. And the trash is where they went.

It's Dunkin' and there's not much to say about it as a whole. What i will say is recently there have been instances where I ordered one item and got a different one.I use the app to order ahead and sometimes get a sausage egg and cheese. 3 times now I have ended up with a bacon egg and cheese instead. I also don't realize it until I've already gotten my work started for the day and can't be bothered to go back

The lady that took my order took it wrong she got an attitude after remaking my coffee or welcoming so I mean I stopped going to this place and I gave it another shot and unfortunately it was a negative

The staff was so rude. My latte tasted differently this morning and I told them and the woman just went to the back and poured another shot while coughing into my coffee. It looked pretty intentional and she didnt have good attitude either. I threw it away right after I left. Didn’t want to start a fight or anything bc she was already not trying to solve any problems. Got my refund through customer service line but will not order from this store ever again. This is serious health issue, practically with the noravirus and flu going on. Extremely concerning!!!!!

The worst croissant I ever had it was burned fully and I kindly asked if it has egg inside and she shouted at me and the costumer service is so bad
