Service depends on who is working that day. Much better than the Dobbs Ferry and Tuckahoe Road location. The dining area is cuter and better kept.

I normally don't have any bad experiences here, this was my first. There was a hair in my wake up wrap. I was too tired to realize to take the picture and but it was in there. The lady did not say sorry. They just made the new one and gave it to me.

Update on May 13 - much improved and I am updating my rating. Clean floors, trash bins emptied and prompt and friendly service!Update on April 11 - floors clean at midday - coffee a bit better - not burntDisappointing- floors need mopping and is overflowing in the bins. P.s. the coffee tastes burnt!

Ordered a $6 sandwich and got prison food.I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich which comes with bacon cheddar and 2 fried eggs in a nice set of toasted bread. Atleast that what the ad shows. We know we're never going to actually get ad-quality food, but they really got me by surprise this time.I received 2 fried eggs in an untoasted sandwich. No bacon, no cheddar. God Bless America and these massive chains
