★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Decent frozen yogurt and ice cream. Friend got what’s in the picture : peach, with mango jelly on top, very creamy and good. My other friend got pistachio, was good but not authentic pistachio. And i got chocolate and Brooklyn cheesecake mixed with strawberries and brownie bits. Ate it before I could think to take a picture 😭
November 07 · Laila Almuwaliim visiting the town and i went there today and got my normal frozen yogurt order, there was no testing spoon or anything and i didn’t expect anything to taste weird. once i had checked out ($13) i tasted the yogurt and it tasted sour like how yogurt tasted when its bad. so i go up to the counter and ask if maybe i could get something else because it tasted sour and the lady who seemed like the owner said no to the employee i was talking to. i tried to finish it because it was 13 dollars and i didn’t wanna waste my money but it was awful. now my stomach does hurt so idk just thought i’d say something
August 11 · kendra baisiI always want to like this place but the service is just so bad. They are just always so rude and make your presence feel like a bother. They keep the spoons and lids behind the counter but make you wait behind a long line to get them. It seems like they are too cheap to allow people access to spoons and lids, but their product is not cheap. I’d expect to at least be able to grab an extra spoon or lid if my toddler drops one on the floor. After going at least a half a dozen times and really trying to like this place, I think I finally just have to admit it’s horrible
May 11 · Nadia Aissi RahmanWon’t let an adult have a small taste before choosing a flavor? Won’t let you apply your own toppings and then will make you feel bad about asking for more — when you charge by weight so will get paid anyway? Plus they are a bit rude. There are other yogurt-by-weight places. Meh.
May 25 · Scott GoldbergUpdate on August 7, 2023. One of the few shops open today on Cedar St. Most businesses here cater to the weekend visitor trade so Mondays are slow. However, service was excellent- no wait and excellent green tea with tapioca balls.Original review: First time visit, though have passed this very central location many times. Good quality offerings ( I had a lychee green tea) but attention needed to customer service experience and generating footfall. Lots of windows but one narrow door in use; the other blocked off. Desperately needing better connection with passers-by on Cedar St pavements (both sides). Theis location is on Three Bee-Line bus routes: the 1, 6 and 66. What if riders could be tempted to get off and enjoy a tea or frozen yogurt on a hot day? If possible would opt for larger sliding doors and some cafe tables on pavement. Employees need to be more conscious of incoming customers; I waiting about three minutes before being served, watching the sole employee mix drinks.
