What has happened to this Dunkin’ Donuts location?!There are never any new coffee or Coolatta flavors it’s the same, boring options every time. The worst part? The staff are often just standing around chatting during the morning rush! It’s frustrating when customers are waiting in line and no sense of urgency is shown.I will say this: the women working there are usually pleasant and courteous they’re the only reason I still come here occasionally. But overall, this location is getting worse, not better.Dunkin’ corporate really needs to step in and take a serious look at what’s going on at this site. Harlem deserves better service.To everyone reading this: if a business is giving poor service, especially in our neighborhoods, stop supporting them. Either demand better or take your money elsewhere.We deserve more.

the manager had a nasty attitude even to the kids there . i wanted a matcha with strawberry syrup and she’s upset that i wanted oat milk and she had to remake it 2 times because she added too much syrup and told me i had to drink it. do your job and stop having a attitude

Love this Dunkin they make an iced chai latte one of a kind here. I’ve went to many other Dunkin’s and they can’t seem to do it the same. I go here everyday before work. I like this Dunkin

I love this location. I wanted a frozen chai and I got a frozen chai. UPDATE 9/16/22 "Less ice" should not mean I have 1/3 of my beverage missing when I remove most if the ice.

My son loves the new flavors: Hershey's cookies & cream, kit-kat is super sweet. Haven't tried Heath one but you definitely can't go wrong. Try one between 2-6 pm. Just $2 for a medium iced latte.
