Service here sucks in the morning there always short staff. The one Hispanic woman manager stay clear of her. She is the worse, the most rudest, nastiest woman you could meet. It shows in her face. She isn’t helpful at all, I came inside the store saw my mobile order ready. I understand having short staff, but if you’re right near the mobile station and see me telling you that’s my drink in front of you? I had to keep asking multiple times for my mobile order that was ready right in front of her. She purposely ignore me and walked away. She should be removed from this store management for her attitude! What kind of professional are you if you’re a manager having to set an example for the other employees. She really showed in her facial expression how much she hates her job and doesn’t care.

I love it The i’m gonna walk in. TheManager Carmen knows my drink. It’s already done. She’s always greeting. Everybody is always nice.

Just had the worst experience at this Dunkin! When I received our coffee, my sister had said it tasted spicy. I immediately questioned her and tried mine (we got the same coffee order). Mine also tasted spicy. We brought it up in a humorous and surprised tone to the cashier and she had called over the woman who made them. She looked at us like we were crazy and we reassured her that we knew it sounded crazy, but it had a pepper taste to it. All I got was an iced hazelnut and caramel coffee with cream. Carmen, the woman who made the drinks then turned around and began to talk shit about my sister and I. Ma’am respectfully it was around 9:30 in the morning, who has time to be lying about coffee tasting like it has pepper in it. She remade my sisters one and refused to remake mine. Ultimately I had to throw it out and walk out. Carmen demonstrated such anger and rudeness towards us. I understand if you’re having a rough morning, but respectfully don’t take it out on two girls who just wanted coffee. I’ve never had someone act like that towards me, especially this early in the morning. I hope she takes customer service courses again because this was terrible. Worst part is, they thought it was the hazelnut (which is weird) so the cashier tried some and had the same reaction as us. I don’t know if it’s because she was being trained by Carmen, but she immediately fixed her face and ignored us. I’m so ashamed of dunkin for lowering their standards when it comes to customer service. Do betterUpdate: Expired Hazelnut tastes like pepper (simple google search) so not only was the customer service terrible but they’re serving expired syrups in their drinks.

This place has to be the worst Dunkin location ever. The Hispanic manager has to go she is so rude. She talks shit about you in Spanish not knowing that you also speak Spanish. She never had a pleasant face where you feel like you actually wanna buy something there. They need a new Dunkin with new employees they all have nasty attitudes terrible customer service.
