The air conditioning in this location does not work. The frosting on the donuts were melted, and the ice cream was melted as well. Just 10 minutes of being in this location had me sweating. I questioned the workers about the situation. They told me that the air conditioning had been broken at 90 degrees for multiple days, and that the management did nothing about it.

The worst customer service: they don't serve you what you ask for, they give you what they want. And then they don't take responsibility for refunding their poorly made product. I have ordered a berry smoothie and every time they send me crushed ice with horrible tea. Don't go to this place. Don't waste your money, look for another place where they know how to prepare their drinks.

We are very old customer but most of the time they give very old coffee it’s unfresh coffee, old donuts, but most of the time we are ignore them but today I really need to coffee because I don’t feel well and they give me still old coffee that is not the fresh taste I really hate them and I’m really disappointed for that.the owner sir or mam I respectfully I request tell your staff we need to fresh everything because we spend our money so really please you can see your staff. Make sure you guys give it to them very fresh food coffee doughnut everything because we spend money we need to fresh everything. Please.

Josh is the best- I don’t understand how he isn’t a supervisor yet ! He’s so kind and polite to all his customers. Even when he is on his own. As a customer and job seeker being in this Dunkin is not recommended. Back when there was different management around 2020 at least the crew managed customers despite the amount of customers they have there. They can’t seem to manage a few that was by coming in& out. I went from queens to the address to arrive very early at 6:30 am because I was told by the manager calling me at 7 pm. My relatives told me Dunkin needed more people and I get why based on how they don’t do good job serving customers with the people they have. Also manager is unprofessional to call at the time he did to call me over early. Now it’s very rare for fast food industry to call very early upon that timing for interviews but don’t know if that’s just me. Upon arrival, the crew took very long to give me a chance to speak with them regarding interview. Showing how management is handling his crew poorly. Possibly why they need more people. The manager I spoke with talks too fast and isn’t specific enough with his questions. Interview conversation took few minutes and it closed off with him stating he’ll speak to another manager to see if they give me schedule. They have not. As a customer I can give multiple lists on how the manager fails the crew working and how their attitudes are off. If they can’t bother to act polite then they shouldn’t be on duty and stay home or go outside to have their off times. As for me I wasted my time, gas and money. As job seeker& customer seekin places to order food and for employment. I don’t recommend others to go to this Dunkin.
