Absolutely Horrible Service – Never Again!I went into Dunkin’ today and placed a big order, including a dozen donuts. Guess what? They didn’t even have the donuts I wanted. Fine, that happens sometimes. But when I asked them to simply refund me and only charge for the products they actually had, the worker flat out refused.I even tried to be reasonable and suggested a fair exchange: two pre-pack ice creams that cost the same (and I was even willing to pay the difference if needed). Again, a straight-up “NO.” Zero flexibility, zero customer care.What made it worse—and honestly disgusting—was that the worker had just come out of the bathroom, went straight to handling donuts without gloves, and still expected me to accept the order. That is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable.In the end, I walked away without taking anything, yet the charge is STILL sitting on my account. Unbelievable.I am shocked at the arrogance, the lack of respect for health standards, and the complete absence of basic customer service. If this is how Dunkin’ is training their staff, they seriously need to rethink their priorities. I will never be coming back, and I recommend everyone think twice before spending their hard-earned money here.

Went to this Dunkin’ last night to grab a matcha before going home. Look how I received my drink. Huge powder deposits all over the cup. Not mixed correctly at all. They don’t take the time to make the drink the right way. I have to spend extra time trying to stir the drinks with my straw, which doesn’t work very well. I do not understand how as an employee you could rush so quickly to make a drink and hand something like this to a customer.

they have only gotten my order of veggie cream cheese right once I have come here plenty of times to be disappointed. also ask for the receipt everytime they will charge you other things as well. I never leave reviews but this place is frustrating to just get a bagel.

Very rude woman with a name tag reading “manager”. I get that all employees always don’t have sunshine flowing out of them and can deal with the resting b face, but to walk away from me in the middle of my order to go see what the other woman who I assume is obviously more important than your customers is completely unacceptable. As long as this behavior is present I advise take your business somewhere that appreciates their customers. I am extremely fair with my reviews (check up on me) and this is fair to this business on this occasion. I wish I got some of that higher star ⭐️ service that this business is rated for.
