Worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Losing orders! lines out the door mass confusion! Don't even order from app they will lose it or someone will steal it

Everytime I order from this Dunkin Donuts I am reminded of why I don't come here. This is the Dunkin that is closest to where I live, and usually, I don't order here because there has been a continuous amount of times where my order is wrong and made without a care in the world. Today when I came here to get a $6 meal deal, it was terrible. Today when I got my food from this establishment on Rockaway Boulevard my food was just made and wasn't even hot. I witnessed the lady make my food, and she didnt even care enough to let my sandwich sit in the oven to get hot enough for me to eat. I also ordered another bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich on the side and the cheese wasn't even melted, it was just thrown on top of the room temp sandwich making it even more unappetizing. My iced coffee was handed to me as soon as I ordered and I mixed it in well, but it was still completely watered down. They might just be giving you a dab of coffee and a bunch of creamer in a cup filled up with extra ice (which I did not ask for). I also asked for my iced coffee to be french vanilla, but that was no where near found in my drink at all. Please save your money and don't order here.

Bad service every order they forget

I usually go to this dunkin’ donuts but wasn’t too happy when I went today and saw something black stuck in my ice AFTER THE FACT I finished my iced coffee. Actually still grossed out and I would not get a drink from this location again.

It’s for a large iced coffee three French vanilla four creams whipped cream. I asked for no ice cause I have sensitive teeth and the guy refuse to give me without ice. He said no can’t do that. I have gone to other Dunkin’ Donuts‘s, and I had never had a problem. Had to go to another donut spot to get my drink with no problem. I will not be returning to the Dunkin’ Donuts for disrespectful employee behind the counter.
